Hotel was clean and had a modern vibe. Beautiful entry with a fireplace. Pool and hot tub was well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. The one negative was the breakfast buffet. It was absolutely horrible. Not worth the 15 dollars a person i paid for 4 people. Food was cold and did not taste good. Even the yogurt was spoiled. I do not recommend the breakfast. Go to chick fila down the black.

The refrigerator did not work in my room. The ice maker didn't work til my second day. Breakfast was too expensive, eggs cold, not enough choices. They had condensation dripping from the ceiling over where people ate. Could not access the pool from the outside deck. Staff was pleasant. Would not recommend staying there again.

Decent place, small room, friendly staff and nice pool with amenities. It was very loud all night due to the motorcycles and cars driving around up the hill from the hotel. Overall I expected more from a Hilton Hotel, but if needed we would consider staying again.

The staff was very friendly. The pool was the warmest ever indoor pool I’ve ever been in. It was so pleasant! The on-site “restaurant is really just a bar in the lobby and the breakfast food is just like a continental breakfast. That was a little disappointing as I thought it would have been more like an actual restaurant. Very quiet in our room and very clean. The only complaint (which is more of a me problem) is the green light from what I think was the smoke detector was so bright, it was hard for me to fall asleep as I need it to be pitch black.

Great property. Friendly staff. My only complaint is that we chose the property because of the pool and it was really cold. The heater was broken. I understand that that happens. But there was not even a note on the door warning you.

We recently stayed at Hilton GI for a soccer tournament and the staff was so accommodating and the facility was very clean. Breakfast was great, pool was fun for soccer team (don’t plan to relax there) and gym facilities were nice. The bar area was also stocked with a lot of options. I would definitely stay there again if given the opportunity

Nice hotel! Very clean! Loved the bar and restaurant option-even though we did not use it. Very close to multiple restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool. I decided to pay for a more expensive hotel and unfortunately the room was subpar with lower price hotels. I was hoping for more. We had a flying bug in the room and bugs are always a bad thing. In addition, we did not have a working TV in our room. The tv said “no connection”. The fact that this hotel is on the high end and yet there was nothing included. No breakfast or beverages. I guess that my expectations were higher with the Hilton name.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Be aware, the photos DO NOT accurately represent the room. I booked a king accessible room. The photo showed a SOFA in the room. When we checked in, we only had a chair. This is hardly enough seating for 2 people. When we asked the front desk, we were told that the photos on the listing are not accurate and sofas were only in the suites. We asked to upgrade to a suite and they had none available.

I went to check in and they gave my suite that I booked to someone else and just downgraded my room and said there was nothing I could do. It was frustrating and the downgraded room with a view of the roof A/C units was underwhelming.

I liked the hotel for the most part. It was clean and quiet. The negative thing was that every morning the sun came right in the window and the blinds couldn’t be pulled. There were only shear curtains so we were awoken at sunrise every day. Also check out is at noon and we were planning to check out at that time. Twice the cleaning people came in without knocking even though we hadn’t checked out. It was scary! We were just relaxing in the room and in walked staff!

I found the person that checked me in did not want to be at work.. not very friendly at all. Checking out was the opposite.. very friendly and even offered me a bottle water for the car ride. When in Hickory, i always stay at this property.

The hotel was great overall. We chose it because we weren't going to have access to our car for a day and knew it had dinner and breakfast available. The dinner menu was a little sparse and expensive for the quality of the food, but the breakfast buffet was great. I was also very happy to be able to use the hot tub after a day long drive. That might have been the highlight of the trip.

The breakfast was certainly nothing special.....and certainly not included in the price of the room. To pay an extra $15 (?) for a very "ordinary", "run of the mill" breakfast was extremely disappointing to all six of us (all adults). Breakfast should have been included in the price of the two rooms we used for a total of 8 hours. None of us was pleased that it was going to cost an additional ~$90 to eat breakfast (cost for our group, not including the tip would have left).
