The building and room were nice. There is nothing around the area. It is extremely hot in the stairwell and halls. The elevator was out of order two out of the four days we were there and the walls are paper thin.

My son and I stayed for three nights and it was extremely comfortable, clean, friendly and helpful staff. The only minor complaint is that the elevator kept breaking down and I am disabled so it made it difficult to take the stairs. I was able to do it, it was just difficult for me. The staff did everything they could to resolve the elevator issues and got us down for check out with our bags. Thank you so much for the caring and kind staff! I will definitely be staying there again as it’s right down the road from my moms house.

The breakfast was amazing and so was the 24 hour coffee area!! The pool was clean and towels were provided to dry off with. The room we were given when we checked in was damp and had a smell to it. I think they need air conditioning/ ventilation in the hallway areas. We tried to sleep but the bedding was just too damp. I went to the desk after about an hour and the clerk was very accommodating and apologized for our inconvenience . They gave us a different room and this one was much better. We stayed for 3 nights and will be staying again in the future. Very friendly staff and reasonably priced

Only thing had an issue with was pool heater broken had kids expecting to get on the water and couldn’t one of main reasons we picked this hotel . All else great service everyone nice and everything comfortable and clean

First, the good - they let us check in early; the pillows were incredibly comfortable; they had a lot of channels available on the tv and a list of all the stations. Now, the bad. When we walked in, I immediately was hit with a musty/mildewy smell by the bathroom but couldn’t smell it anywhere else, so I convinced myself I was imagining it. However, my sinuses were irritated the whole time we were there. Then, we tried to use the refrigerator. It was unplugged so we had to pull it out and plug it in. It was super dusty and obviously hadn’t been cleaned in a while. After we plugged it in, we discovered it didn’t work. We also learned the body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower were empty. Thank goodness we had backups. The final straw was the day of checkout. I went to run a final errand and told my daughter I would be back by the noon checkout time. She called me at 11:30 and said management had come to the room and said she had to leave in the next 10-15 minutes so they could clean. She then had to sit in the lobby until I got there.

Our room was nice. Very clean although the top sheet was shoved down tonthe bottom of the bed which made us doubt the cleanliness of the bed . Other than that,we were satisfied and happy. The rest of the room was very clean. The hallway in front of the elevator was definitely in need of cleaning and a box of beer bottles and miscellaneous other trash sat there the duration of our stay. Since the room was.clean we will stay there again.

Some obvious things could be cleaned up such as the boogers on the walls, crumbs and garbage in the bathroom corners could be swept or vacuumed up and the room we stayed in had a lot of stains in the carpet. Aside from this the beds were clean, the facility was nice and the staff friendly.

This was an absolutely WONDERFUL place!! The rooms were nice and clean, it had so so much space in the rooms!! The bathroom was large and had so much space! The breakfast was good! Truly a wonderful place and we would 100% stay here again! Thank you for everything!!

The decor in the lobby was bizarre. The furniture in the room was dinged up, there was a dirty wet spot on the carpet in ourcroom. The hotel is conveniently located and the area was relatively quiet ( hotel set back not clise to highways).

I do a lot of traveling and this would be one of my worst experiences. Walls are paper thin. You can hear people talk in the room next door. Was not able to go to sleep until people stopped having a conversation after 2am. Will not stay here again

The space was nice but it is most definitely not quiet. At least where our room was. The people next to us were up late and up early and we could hear their conversation even while they were talking at a normal volume. Not a good hotel for light sleepers. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable stay.

Booked an hour away a two bed room. When we arrived we were told they didn't have any of those rooms available so they upgraded us to a king suite. The problem is that it has 0 amenities. No hair dryer, coffee maker and I ended up sleeping on the pull out sofa that wasn't very comfortable.

There was an issue of payment between Expedia and the hotel. I checked in late and needed to get up early. Reception staff called me at 11 PM so i would call expedia and solve the issue between them. Shower mixer and shower head were loose, shower pan was extremely slippery. Hotel is recently built or updated so looks great and has a good breakfast (by highway hotel standards).

Right next to a waste cleaning facility. We had an ant infestation in our room and they only had the option to move us next to the elevator or downgrade our room. Terrible customer service. We asked for extra towels and were told there was none and we had to them ours to wash, dry, and return. They also were hesitant to give linens and had no extra blankets.

Its in a quiet location. The front of the building needs to be power washed. Inside was clean and comfortable. Wifi came in handy to take a class on-line before going to a concert. I would visit again when my travels bring me to Hershey.

The room and the property are great. Comfortable, nicely kept. Nice staff. The breakfast was incredibly disappointing which is one of the things they pride themselves on so I’m surprised. Pancake machine was broken, a couple slices of toast and an English muffin. They have veggie omelets which my kids won’t eat. And some yogurt and cereal. That’s it.

Property was okay, rugs looked a bit like needed cleaned, but not bad. The pancake making machine was broken. The continental breakfast at Holiday Inn Express is one of my grandchildren’s favorite thus I chose this hotel to stay at. Ended up at a restaurant for breakfast.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very accommodating and very friendly. The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast, my husband and daughter went around 8:30 and said there was a ton of Stuff, I went around 9:15 and there wasn’t much and they had nothing else to fill it. The girl working was very nice though.
