We had a pretty rough stay. Our TV didn’t work and the door to our bathroom was broken. A few nights in, a horrible smell of feces/sewer aggressively filled the entire hallway on the second floor. We notified the front desk, who advised they sent maintenance but no problem was identified. They were not able to provide a solution that night. The next day they did move us to a different floor. That night, the smell was back. It was so bad it woke us up and we had to place wet towels under the door to try to prevent it from getting worse. After this, we decided to cut our trip short and change to a different hotel. I spoke with the front desk manager who advised she would change my booking and I would not be charged for the nights we wont be there (we pre-paid through a third party booking site). I still have not received any compensation or refund for those nights lost. I would not waste any time or money here.

Friendly and attentive staff. Room was clean , bedding comfortable, breakfast decent. Not your typical international fare. Close to Midway but not too close. Plenty of free parking. 24 hour shuttle.

Couches in our room had dirty tissue covered in hair that wasn't ours. We never had enough pillows and were told by staff they would bring some to the room. They never brought them. There was large party going on that lasted until 4am with people talking loudly and literally running up and down the hall but none of the security guards on staff that night addressed any of those issues.

Airport shuttle was a blessing. It ran every twenty minutes. Was shared with a few other hotels. Breakfast was very good and included hard boiled eggs and steel cut oatmeal. They even had an outdoor space to enjoy your breakfast. The employees were very kind and helpful. We had just missed the shuttle by seconds and the hostess was able to have it return to pick us up. Love the shower! (no tub to slip in) Beds were very comfortable and had plenty of pillow to choose from. The room was also quiet. Very little hall noise.
