Fell in love with this boutique motel. Perfect location, close to so many attractions. The owners made great use of space. Great pool, beautiful yard, BBQ, along with a fire pit. Lots to enjoy. We plan to stay again.

Nice hotel for a road trip, the pool was 3ft deep and great, the room had two full beds and a bunk bed with a trundle. The view to the marsh was beautiful.

The motel was clean and room was comfy. We had loud neighbors though. Pool was not clean so we didn't use it. Overall, it was a good stay. Lady at breakfast was nice and they had good variety of breakfast items. Area was beautiful. Would stay again!

The room looked just like it did on the internet. Our room was around the back so not as much road noise. The pool was clean. Take and go breakfast was convenient.

The pool was warm with a warm shower next to the pool. The breakfast was the best one we had during our week of vacation and staying at different hotels. Lot of variety and the quality was the best of all our stays.

The hotel is a very cute non traditional place with a more personal feel. It was immaculate inside! The outdoor pool was nice and warm and easy to access. I was able to text the property owner with any concerns and she responded immediately. We would definitely stay here again!!

Room was super clean and there was a lot of air circulation. Staff was very communicative for check in, and let us check in a little early to make it to a wedding. Overall very nice. Don't love that there's a highway in between the motel and the beach, or that there were loads of mosquitos on the door outside the room (so they weren't inside, but could get in quickly if the door was opened) - those things they can't control. The only complaint they could is that there wasn't enough parking for 2 vehicles on our 3-person stay. There's no assigned parking, but it seems like all of the parking spots in the lot are 1.5-car width, and the lot could probably be easily re-lined for more parking.

The owner is the nicest girl and makes your stay very nice! The lobby is nicely stocked with breakfast snacks, and there is a pool and a lighted outside gathering area overlooking a little marsh. The rooms are styled nicely. I highly recommend this cozy inn.

We stayed here 1 night as a part of a longer trip. The kids loved the pool area. The hotel was a little underwhelming and the rooms look nicer in the pictures, but for 1 night it worked.

The room itself was clean, updated and bright. My only issue was sending a text and making a phone call regarding dirty bed linens was not answered. Not sure if they have 'office hours' , or if it is 24 hours, but I had requested clean sheets for a bed that had quite a bit of sand in it and I never got a reply. Glad we always pack a camping cot so someone could sleep on that rather than a dirty bed.

The first room we checked into smelled so musty. I had to text him and tell him I would not sleep in there. He quickly gave me another room which smelled a little better, however, the pictures online versus the room you get are not even close.

Property was relatively clean. There was a stain in the ceiling that looked like water stain. I didn’t see any staff onsite. Remote check in through a lockbox was good. The bathroom was kind of small. Not much space for toiletries. AC was good and effective. Overall good for short stays.

They responded immediately. Would have been much quicker though if we had a human come from the property. We could hear the people in the room talking next door as if they were in our room. Don’t believe the photos or reviews of this little motel. It was clostrophobically small, smelled like smoke and mold. I paid $215 to stay here but it’s worth about $60. They must pay for their reviews. Someone said they had a great breakfast? It was literally some danishes and cold cereal “to go” with make your own keurig coffee.

The pictures online are deceiving, the king room was poor quality. Microfiber sheets, only chair in room was stained, gray towels, standing water in a very tiny shower was gross. I would not recommend this inn.

Older updated motel. Room nicely decorated and very clean. Room is small, no closet or hangers. No on site management but check-in and key access went well. My only negative was road noise from close proximity to road. For the price it is a good value. I would return.

Room was pretty clean. The only thing that stuck out to me was that the appliances (fridge, etc.) made a lot of noise. Nothing super loud but as a light sleeper it was a little annoying. Enjoyed our stay nonetheless!

Ok for a one night stay. Bathroom was very small. Shower was barely big enough to get into, shower head very low and stuck out almost halfway across, at least the shower was hot and had good pressure, but not ideal.

Upon check in, owner discovered Hotels.com had given wrong check in date. As property was booked for the night, she calmly explained one of the suites was open because of maintenance on the air conditioner wasn’t complete. She would put a rush on getting it done and asked us to give them an hour or two to complete. She recommended some nearby restaurants to check out while they finished up repairs. We went to the beach and for a drink and when we returned, room was ready. Management could not have handled the situation any better. We had a great stay! Thank you!

This hotel is clean and well maintained within the rooms. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. There is never anyone in the office, and the first morning I went after 8:00 am and it was closed, darkened and no lights on in the breakfast area. If you are comfortable with never seeing or talking to anyone who works there, this place is for you. Personally, I find it a little creepy and maybe a bit overpriced. Speaking of the breakfast, this might have been the most lame continental breakfast I have ever seen. Plan to find a breakfast elsewhere.

Good communication & even changed our room out of consideration for our quiet time in regard to a wedding party that was staying at the original location. We did not ask for this.. they just thought of it on their own. It also allowed the wedding group to stay together. It was a quick change & check in was simple. A great stay.

Room was easy to check into and find, we received clear instructions prior to checking in which was nice. Rooms are by the main road so we did hear some road noise but other than that it was a nice place.

The pool was warm with a warm shower next to the pool. The breakfast was the best one we had during our week of vacation and staying at different hotels. Lot of variety and the quality was the best of all our stays.

Great location. The room was small, no closet, and the shower and bathroom were even smaller. Seemed clean enough but there was not a daily service to make the bed and change out towels. We only briefly interacted with the staff. The continental breakfast was very sparse and unappealing.

This hotel is clean and well maintained within the rooms. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. There is never anyone in the office, and the first morning I went after 8:00 am and it was closed, darkened and no lights on in the breakfast area. If you are comfortable with never seeing or talking to anyone who works there, this place is for you. Personally, I find it a little creepy and maybe a bit overpriced. Speaking of the breakfast, this might have been the most lame continental breakfast I have ever seen. Plan to find a breakfast elsewhere.

We really loved your place. We had the family suite with 2 beds and the bunk bed. It was prefect. We were really impressed with the quality of the breakfast. Having granola and good yogurt was a pleasant surprise. Everything was really thought out well. We would defiantly stay again! Thank you for a great stay.

Don’t believe the photos or reviews of this little motel. It was clostrophobically small, smelled like smoke and mold. I paid $215 to stay here but it’s worth about $60. They must pay for their reviews. Someone said they had a great breakfast? It was literally some danishes and cold cereal “to go” with make your own keurig coffee.

I started to wonder when I pulled in to the parking lot, because it was after dark. I knew my room was 11 but I wasn’t sure where 11 was. There was really no one there to help me. But, after walking around, I found my room. The room was small, but was very clean. We used to clean for a business, so I know what to look for, and therefore I’m very picky. But there was nothing wrong anywhere. The room looked like it had just been remodeled. The paint looked fresh and floors look new. I was impressed! The swimming pool looked very clean, but it just seemed like the outside could use sprucing up. If you want a nice clean place to stay overnight,like I did,I would recommend it. If you’re taking your family, it might not work because the room was pretty small.
