Well, the hotel’s only elevator is out of order and undergoing maintenance. For some unknown reasons, many guests were assigned to rooms on the 4th (top) floor while the city had heat advisory ongoing. Good thing the AC was strong in my room and in the corridor, but having to climb up and down 3 floors not ideal at all with heavy luggage.

Our room was not cleaned! There were open pop can and cup of drinks in ice box, hair from shaving in shower, spilled sticky pop on bed side table, and dried pee on the toilet.

This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The property was in terrible condition and appeared to have significant water-damage and maintenance issues. In Room 308, the bathroom smelled strongly of sewage, the TV panel was falling off the wall, and the floor near the window was soaking wet. Room 422 had no functioning air conditioning. In Room 413, there was no hair dryer, the blackout shades would not raise, and there was no cold water—the water was scalding hot. The elevator was also out of service, and the pool was unusable. These were not minor inconveniences; they were serious cleanliness, safety, and basic-functionality problems affecting multiple rooms and common areas. The only positive part of the experience was that the staff members were friendly. Unfortunately, friendly employees cannot make up for a hotel being maintained in such unacceptable condition. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property to anyone.

The hotel is experience at the facility was less than satisfactory was not informed that the elevator was down. And out there while I’m checking in the lady at the desk informed me they were having hot water issues. One was a morning when you came over, ready a lot, the extreme hot and unable to cool town. The experience that I had with this, took my shower in the morning at 4:30 not a pink hour. The water was cold and was not able to get it warmed up at all. I am not 100% sure that I would recommend in this hotel.
