Sehr sauber, geräumig, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Achtung beim Parken! Lasst euch nicht vom benachbarten Aldi-Parkplatz täuschen – dort darf man nur 1 Stunde 35 Minuten stehen. Danach wird es streng kontrolliert, und es drohen Strafgebühren zwischen 35 € und 60 €, die per Post zugeschickt werden. Lieber direkt die Hotelparkplätze nutzen, um Ärger zu vermeiden.

Sehr sauber, geräumig, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Achtung beim Parken! Lasst euch nicht vom benachbarten Aldi-Parkplatz täuschen – dort darf man nur 1 Stunde 35 Minuten stehen. Overall one night stop over stay was good. Hotel is clean and modern with a grocery store convenient located in front. However good signage would help as we just come off a huge roundabout and there are so many structures blocking the view of the hotel from the road that one is not sure where to enter to reach the hotel. Also, we had problem using the keypass to get from our level to the lobby. Our friend managed to get from her floor to the lobby and asked for help. Receptionist kept insisting for us to just push the button. Receptionist was closed to impolite to my friend. Another receptionist came to our floor to help. We then realised that we were using our key pass for the service lift. This is where the problem when there was no indication that it is a service lift. When we just checked in, we cannot be expected to remember to turn left or right when exiting our room. We felt bad that we had used our key pass on the wrong elevator but it would help if the first receptionist was more helpful and a good sign be out on the service life to say its not meant for guests.

Parking was limited around the property and the front desk kept telling me it was ok to park in the lots nearby even though signage said you couldn't. My room had one tiny pillow and I really had to push the front desk to get another. The bathroom door automatically shut making it always swampy . The AC almost never turned on and the fan couldn't be operated separately from the AC.

Die Tiefgarage war voll, der Parkplatz des Hotels ebenso. Die Mitarbeiter beim Checkin und beim Checkout waren alle erst ein paar Tage da, daher hat beides leider sehr lange gedauert. Man muss aber sagen, dass die Mitarbeiter trotzdem sehr bemüht und freundlich waren. Und im Bett fand ich leider doch eine Menge haben. Auch daran kann man arbeiten. 😉

Really good stay: nice room and good location (next to the bus stop Neuwerk). The hotel also provides the Bodensee Gastekarte, which can be used for public transportation. Only issue was with a dirty towel, but hotel staff was able to give me another one.

Lage ist gut, man ist fußläufig in ca. 15- 20 Min. in der Altstadt, Haltestelle von Bus und S-Bahn sind in der Nähe. Hotel und Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Die stark befahrene Straße hört man bei geschlossenem Fenster kaum und eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Frühstück ist prima, es gibt eine gute Auswahl in Buffetform.

Man wird nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass man eine Zettel an die Tür hängen muss, wenn das Bett gemacht werden soll. Der Zettel heisst "Zimmer-Reinigung". Der ganze Beschrieb hierzu betrifft eine zusätzliche Zimmer-Reinigung. Man bezahlt eigentlich für diesen Service und er wurde nicht ausgeführt. Das finde ich eine Tolle Leistung. Entschuldigung oder Preisnachlass gibt es auch nicht.

Ausgesprochen schlechte Service falsche Rechnung ausgestellt! Jeden Tag fehlt die Handtücher, die die Putzfrau vergessen hatte, ins Bad zu legen. Ebenso war das Bett nicht gemacht.!!! Viel zu teuer für diesen Service. Für das Frühstück vergebe ich drei von zehn Sternen, da es maximal Basics sind, die hier dem Gast angeboten werden. Lautes Kindergeschrei und überfüllte Lifte stehen hier an der Tagesordnung.

Ein IBIS Business Hotel halt. Einfacher guter Standard. Schöne Lobby und freundliches Personal. Leider ist die Matratze eine Katstrophe gewesen und müsste dringend getauscht werden. Ich habe schon lange nicht mehr so schlecht geschlafen.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang. Super Zimmer und sehr sauber. Die Lage direkt neben Aldi und verschiedenen Restaurants war super. Das Frühstück war reichlich und gut. Komme immer gerne wieder.

Die Tiefgarage war voll, der Parkplatz des Hotels ebenso. Die Mitarbeiter beim Checkin und beim Checkout waren alle erst ein paar Tage da, daher hat beides leider sehr lange gedauert. Man muss aber sagen, dass die Mitarbeiter trotzdem sehr bemüht und freundlich waren. Und im Bett fand ich leider doch eine Menge haben. Auch daran kann man arbeiten. 😉

laute Umgebung, nächtliche Schreie vom direkt gegenüberliegenden Supermarktparkplatz, es wurde die Bodenseekarte nur auf Nachfrage ausgehändigt, es wurde bei checkout nicht nachgefragt wie der Aufenthalt gefallen hat, Preis auf der Webseite das Hotels war am Anreisetag um 30 Eu gesunken, Lüftung im Bad schien defekt, ansonsten ok, Bushalte ca 100m vom Hotel entfernt

Ausgesprochen schlechte Service falsche Rechnung ausgestellt! Jeden Tag fehlt die Handtücher, die die Putzfrau vergessen hatte, ins Bad zu legen. Ebenso war das Bett nicht gemacht.!!!
