Small traditional hotel from the outside hides a modern, clean, well equipped interior with very comfortable room and excellent shower (next to the bed). The hotel has a Cafe rather than restaurant, so opens daytime and focuses more on drinks and lighter food options. Huge advantage at breakfast when the cakes and croissants are picture perfect. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly. Great location and loved Bergamo old town

Staff was truly exceptional. Service for evening happy hour and breakfast was also exceptional. Location was quiet and so convenient to wander this beautiful city. Rooms were small with skylight and vaulted ceiling. Bath lacks privacy. The overall experience of the location and the staff make it an excellent choice. Ask about private transportation if needed as hotel provided at a reasonable fee, thank you Agustina. Ask if you need anything, they were so accomodating.
