The staff was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. Accommodated us with a very early check in. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Pool temperature was was amazing; much warmer than the average hotel pool. Would definitely stay there again.

A nice enough hotel, if you’re looking for something clean and simple this is it. Pretty small gym and pool but still useful, very friendly and helpful staff. The only thing I didn’t love was room cleaning every 3rd day, but our trash was still taken out in between which I appreciated. Try to get to breakfast early ish if you’re there on a busy weekend, there was a bit of a line but it moved pretty quick.

The hotel is clean and the staff is amazing. Lots of restaurants nearby. I gave a 4 stars to property because the EV chargers are a slow charge. I don’t think they should advertise that they have chargers or at least specify they are Level 1. I had chosen that hotel specifically because they had chargers. Otherwise, everything was good

Checked in late evening, 3 guys randomly hanging out in the lobby was absolutely creepy. The receptionist had the good sense to not say my room number out loud. The room was full of hair. Long brown strands of hair. On the bedding. On the towels. On the floor. Stuck to the bath room wall. On the toilet seat. Even stuck to the bathroom ceiling. Nobody likes those types of showers. Half wall of glass, water everywhere. No privacy. This was my second stay here and likely my last.

Clean room, clean building, easy check in and check out. Quiet atmosphere and a great open social area on the main floor for guests which eliminates excessive noise in the halls. Breakfast options were great too and included in the room fee.

Quick and friendly check-in. Staff easily reachable through text concierge service. Room was clean and warm. Bed was very comfortable with a wide choice of pillows. Excellent shower! Showed up at the tail end of breakfast service and there was still lots of variety. Loved the egg and spinach muffins!

My room was actually very nice. Updated, spacious and very comfortable. However, the noise from the girls broomball team from Palmerston that was running up and down the hallways screaming until almost 10 pm, then again at 12:15 am then again in the morning was beyond tolerable! I also had to listen to the parents standing outside the back door below my window drinking and smoking and talking very loudly. It took over 10 mins to get an elevator in the morning because they were pressing all the buttons and trying to get breakfast, forget it! It was like trying to get a coffee at the zoo. How parents think it's okay for their kids to behave this way and for the hotel to allow it when I know for a fact they have a warning policy is beyond me. They should also be reprimanded by the broomball organization because they should all be ashamed of their behaviour! There was no parental supervision and it was downright disrespectful! I actually loved this hotel, the room, the location, etc. But I will never stay there again after this experience!

We enjoyed the upgrade to a king suite. It was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great. It had everything we needed. Staff very responsive to our needs. Really enjoyed the snack bar as it provided for things we forgot for our room like water and snacks. The staff, comfort and meeting all our needs like extra towels and blankets. Also enjoyed easy remote for tv. Al in all a great experience. We would come back and highly recommend this hotel. Carol and Hugh

We didn't like the very loud team of children and parents staying at the hotel who were running the halls and screaming/yelling between 10:45 pm and 11 pm on Saturday. Despite signs on the floor stating that this was unacceptable and would incur charges for those who did not comply, there was no hotel staff to ensure that this rule was being adhered to. We understand that renting to teams is a lucrative business choice for hotels; however, your other guests, including us, have paid the same money and deserve a nice, quiet stay at the hotel as well.

This is a perfectly good hotel - clean, modern, polite service, etc. - but loses out on two important points: 1) For some reason, the shower was way too powerful (not good if you have small children, plus the floor of the bathroom flooded every time we used it - the water actually went under the bathroom door and into the room). 2) The breakfast buffet only had paper/plastic crockery and cutlery (wasteful/bad for the environment and impractical - I needed to add hot water to make oatmeal, and this began to leak through the paper bowl!) and not quite enough seats/tables for the number of guests.

Upon arriving in my room, I was changing and was completely naked when 2 guys walked in on me. I said whoa whoa whoa and they left. I called front desk right away asking what the hell that was all about. An a/c was broke in a different room and she (owner I believe) gave the workers (I didn’t know they were workers at the time) the wrong room #. I said that is not ok. At all. She apologized but that’s a huge error. Furthermore, they keep texting (automated I’m assuming), which seems nice, but I replied to 1 and got a response 10 minutes later saying “We apologize for the delay, a front desk agent will respond to you shortly”. It’s been 48 hours and still no reply. In fact I’m checked out now, so a reply would be irrelevant at this point. To add to that, I checked out via their texts and it said I would get my receipt shortly. It’s been more than 24 hours and no receipt. I even texted again 12 hours after checkout asking for it, and not even a response to the text. Very poor management and experience. They also serve the same breakfast every morning, never any bacon (cheap), and they don’t have hot sauce for their mushy home fries. Wont be back and don’t recommend.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I drove for 3.5 hrs from another city for a job interview I had in Belleville. I arrived an hour in advance, and the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, she let me check in for free and upgraded my room to a suite for free too (without me asking for it!). The rooms are very clean and quiet, the cleaning staff and kitchen staff were also friendly. The breakfast was good overall, they also offered free cookies all day with free coffee and hot drinks. A lot of parking space for guests, and so many nearby options for dining. Highly recommended!

It was great that the property was extremely close to the 401 and that the parking lot was at a light, which made exiting the property very easy. I didn’t like that, while the actual hotel was well lit up, the area around the property was poorly lit. However, I do realize that is something outside of the control of the hotel.

Paid 257.60 then another $60 for the dogs at hotel? Overpriced for hotel that had subpar buffet and was in the parking lot of a car dealership. Definitely not worth $317. 60 for one night. Don’t recommend overpriced poor buffet breakfast milk curdled in my coffee.

Good enough breakfasts with 2 types of omelettes , baked beans , potato wedges , sausages , bagels , bread , cereal , juices , yogurts , fruit , and the kids favorite, a hot waffle iron . 45 minute easy drive to and from beautiful sandbanks , and many many restaurant choices nearby for memorable family evenings

A conveniently located hotel off the 401. Great for overnight stay. Bed was a little lumpy, but the rooms were clean and spacious. Didn't like the flashing lights right above the bed. Breakfast was fairly plain - the usual cereal, fruit and bread. No muffins. Staff were friendly. Easy check in and out.
