Aucune prise pour voiture électrique lors du séjour. Aucune buanderie pour un long séjour. Un matin sur 3 , la commande pour le déjeuner n’était pas arrivé pour les gens. Le service au comptoir n’ont jamais voulu mettre la glace thérapeutique à ma femme dans un congélateur pour ses traitements du soir. 1ere hôtel que cette situation arrive en plus de 10 ans. Mais l’insonorité des chambres étaient excellentes, hôtel très calme malgré les enfants et la piscine super belle.

The hotel was in great condition, the breakfast had MANY options which was nice! My partner enjoyed the swimming pool but it lacked a hot tub which I was surprised to hear! My room was clean and big! The bed was comfy and inviting. 4/5 stars just wish it had a hot tub and sauna for the guests!

The staff were friendly, ample parking, but it was a mid-week visit. The complimentary breakfast was good with several options. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool wasn't clean so we ended up not using it.

Ample parking spots available. Great dining options around with iHop close by and Mcdonalds next door. Quiet area but also close to the highway for easy transportation options. Gym was a decent size with enough equiptment to use. Staff are friendly upon checking in, check out was easy with dropping a key off in a bin. Breakfast options were great with choices of hot and cold foods. Lots of sitting options and also great to have hot drinks available throughout the day to have. Overall great location and would stay again.

The hotel was new. Close to the highway. Very quite. But, the bedding was horrible. The pillows smelled like previous guest’s aftershave. There was no conditioner in the bathroom. Overall the room wasn’t cleaned properly.

There was an old smell in the room it didn’t smell fresh. The bathroom floor was dirty. Around the shower corner and in the overflow sink, there was full of black mold.

We stayed in Jul so we were running the air conditioner. There is zero circulation in these rooms. All the air in the room gets damp and smelly quick no matter if we kept the fan running or not. The fan in the washroom did not have a switch to turn it on, so I am assuming it is automatic, but it never turned on, so our showers just made our room even more damp and uncomfortable. The room was so damp that even the towels did not dry after hanging for 24 hours. Aside from the uncomfortable and impossible climate inside the room, the facilities are great, and the breakfast was incredible. I think this hotel would be better in the winter.

Extremely clean, well laid out rooms. Watch your fingers and toes on the bathroom/closet barn door though! Wonderfully quiet hotel, plus the comfy mattress and the blockout shades really help give you a good night's rest. Awesome front desk staff. I'd like to especially mention Greg who checked us in and recommended local attractions, and Dylan who took great care of our late checkout. Both were very polite, professional young men. Right off the highway and adjacent to two gas stations. Short drive to Reid's Dairy, a must-visit destination if you love ice cream with a nostalgic twist. There's also a casino and shopping plazas nearby.

This was a very good hotel and I'd recommend it to others. It was very clean, up-to-date and very comfortable. There are only a few reasons I didn't rate it excellent: 1)the a/c in the room would go on/off all night which was disruptive to sleep. We ended up turning it completely off which made the room a bit warm, 2) there was a shortage of seating over the breakfast hour, 3) the eggs/sausage weren't the greatest at breakfast (very pre-fab). In saying that, I would still stay there again. Note: This property is on the edge of town and not walkable.

Fridge was turned off upon my arrival. Room was booked 24hrs prior. They put the welcome note in, and you would think on their checklist, turning the fridge on would be included. Took 24hrs to get cool - and it was still “warm”. People staying multiple nights probably need it for food. Well, that all spoiled. I called front desk about this to inform and the lady lied and was rude. Door to bathroom was very hard to open and close. Horrible tile and grout work. Not Hilton standards, that’s for sure.

Was treated rudely upon check in by the front desk staff. I have stayed here before without problems, but I had an issue with my credit card and was told I could not check in. I was offered no solutions or accommodation, which is a bit annoying when I’m paying over $200 to stay somewhere.

When we arrived to check-in at 4 am there was no one at the main counter, the doors were locked and we rang the doorbell multiple time and call the hotel. We ended up waiting 25 minutes outside before the Hotel clerk showed up. He didn’t apologize and then when we started the process he said the system was down and couldn’t give us access to a room. We waited another 30 minutes and I told him to call a manager to fix the issue. The guy wasn’t helpful and even had an attitude. I told him that they should have a way to access a room in case a guest locked themselves out. Another 10 minutes went by and he finally gave us access to a room that he opened with a special key. This was the most unpleasant check-in I have ever experienced at a Hilton hotel.

Been to this property before. Was a good stay previous. However this weekend past was a terrible experience. Two coaches for teams was on property. Evening was incredibly noisy. There were young teenagers yelling ….screaming ….hollering…..running and thudding up and down the hallways after 10pm till almost midnight with little consequences from staff. Damage was done to hotel by the team of girls. It was not the restful relaxation time I had expected with my wife and daughter. Manager did not offer compensation for a terrible stay. The manger offered to give me a heads up next time when a team like that comes again. Doesn’t seem enough for the wasted money on a terrible experience. I’ll take my chances elsewhere.

The hotel is clean, our room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was fine same as usual. Our one issue - the fire alarm went off at 2:15 am on Sunday morning, everyone exited the building waited at the meeting point, however no one from management came out to give us the all clear to return. We all saw the fire truck leaving and went back inside. Better communication in those types of situation is needed.

The hotel was just as described and looked exactly like the photos. It was conveniently located right off Highway 401. I stayed there to visit Sandbanks Provincial Park, which was about a 40-minute drive away. Downtown Belleville was also easily accessible, just over 10 minutes by car. Check-in was quick, and the staff were all polite and kind. The breakfast buffet was generous in portion and offered a good variety of choices. I came with a friend this time, but I’d gladly return for a trip with either family or friends.

The front desk staff was super helpful upon arrival, helping us with our reservation. Despite being extremely busy, breakfast was fantastic on Sunday morning. The staff went above and beyond! Things were less smooth on holiday Monday. Several breakfast items ran out before 10 and we were told they weren’t being replaced. Due to the holiday we weren’t able to get a late checkout, which was also disappointing. We regularly stay at this hotel and overall do think it is the best option in Belleville.

All good. Our blinds had tears that were taped up. Should be replaced. The dining hall was packed and there was no room to eat. They need to do something different- maybe get rid of that giant counter and find a way to add more seating. Everything was clean and well kept. I’d stay again.
