I was coming off a long drive from Halifax Nova Scotia and was extremely tired. I was pleasantly surprised with the room which was very clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable, I had a great nights sleep. The wash room looked newly renovated and the room had all the amenities, but was lacking a microwave which is a must for a traveller. Check in was across the street at the hotel, which was no big deal, I don’t know why some people make such a big deal out of this in their reviews. The staff were very polite, pleasant and friendly. I would definitely recommend this motel to anyone, It’s definitely a place where I would stay again.

The staff was quite helpful and friendly. Checkin was awkward across the street. Construction on the street and lack of sidewalks made it a challenge to walk in the area though there were some restaurants and parks. The room was clean and parking conveniently right out front, with chairs. Leather chair at desk inside was peeling - couldn’t sit in it without getting bits of leather flakes on clothes. Bathroom/shower was clean and soaps appreciated. Generally good for the price!

The room was very comfortable and quiet. In the unit that we were assigned, I would note only that the toilet is very low for seniors. I would recommend that the toilet in this unit be fitted with a raised seat to make it more comfortable for seniors.

Made a mistake in dates when booking. Called the hotel and Isabelle was very helpful, much appreciated. The area is busy with restaurants, gas station and etc. Our room is in the back row, quiet at night. Room is a bit tight, but clean. The only problem is the refrigerator, too noisy and had to unplug it during the night. Otherwise, good for a night stay.

I liked everything about this Motel. the location is close to all amenities I can think of. I walked a lot and enjoyed the River and the Basin at Promenade Park. The "drive up to the door" feature works for me. Also the Hotel Restaurant across the street was exceptional. Great food and nice atmosphere. Had dinner and breakfast there. The staff was excellent.

Room was basic but clean and we liked the carpet-free floors. They appeared to be a vinyl plank or similar. There is no check-in at the motel but the sister hotel where the office is located is right across the street. The shower is tiny and the low toilet is in a very tight space. There was no complimentary breakfast but we used the Restaurant Normandin right across the street for dinner when we arrived and breakfast the next morning. We found the staff there to be very friendly with good knowledge of Engish. They were very helpful with gluten-free options as I have celiac disease. Overall, the motel was exactly what we needed as we were passing through the area on our way to the east coast.

The room smells very bad, the floor is not even and the bed is small and very uncomfortable. The shower place is so tiny, you even couldn’t bend over to wash your feet. No staff at all in the building, you have to check in across the street in another building. When checked out, no staff there, just dropped key in the key box.
