there were homeless people sleeping between the entrance doors upon arrival. a couple people wondering around the parking lot peering in vehicle windows. after the second day however, a security company was making its rounds in the parking lot.

Hallways very dirty, not vacuumed. Internet was slow and spotty...my phone also got really warm/hot. As well they expected a $300 deposit for incidentals. Hot tub and pool not open until 9:00 a.m., every other hotel I've ever stayed at was 6:00 a.m. I WILL NEVER STAY AT A FOUR POINTS SHERATON AGAIN!

Swimming pool was surprisingly chilly. Was hoping for free continental breakfast but nope. Parking was fairly tight. Beds and pillows were great. Shower/bathroom was very good. Customer service was great. Nice and close to Mosaic stadium and downtown.

This property was in very rough shape. The pool area was disgusting and the water was absolutely filthy. Also a burnt plastic smell that did not go away coming from our heater. Would not stay here again.

Staff is friendly. An Idea place to stay to walk to football stadium/hockey arena but not a lot going on in the neighbourhood. Room was excellent except there is some type of lingering smell. Pool maintenance appears to have not be consistently kept up. Wall of the pool look dirty.

The hotel was currently under renovations. Check in was for 3 pm. We tried to check in online as per the email received but it would not work. Once we arrived we waited approx 20 mins at the front desk while we waited for a clean room. Front desk staff were friendly and apologetic, unfortunately the standard approach was given. We received a complimentary breakfast for two (which was of no use to us due to time constraints). The room was tidy, but not clean (light switch didn't work for one of the bedside lights, bathtub wasn't cleaned properly, screws loose for the toilet roll holder, smoke alarm looked like it had something caked on half of it). I was left feeling like the room wasnt cleaned to proper standards due to rushing. It made me feel uneasy about the stay. We still had to pay $164.64 which was the initial amount for the room even with all of the inconveniences.

The room was in good condition and it was clean. The problems were around noise, i was placed on the main floor next to the ice machine. There was little to no sound proofing and for most of the night there was noise from the machine and especially when someone grabbed ice. Also there was a drip from an uptairs bathroom that could be heard all night.

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in years, and, I travel regularly. The good. The staff was friendly. The bad. I feel I paid a premium price for a hotel that’s in the hood. Very poor construction, paper thin walls and very loud. Could hear people walking up and down the hallway until the wee hours of the morning and could hear their conversations. Could hear their footsteps and could hear the bell dinging on the elevator, and we are halfway down the hallway. The tap in the shower was very finicky. Would either be very hot or very cold. Took playing with it for five minutes to get it set right. One of the lamps beside the bed didn’t work. Home now. Looking forward to getting a good night sleep.

The staff were excellent and the cleanliness was commendable. However, the room was quite noisy. Being on the second floor, whenever the occupants above used the bathroom or showered, the water sounds and the noise from the pipes expanding and contracting were quite disturbing. It was challenging to get a good night’s sleep

We were put in a room with a door to the a joining room. We could hear everything they were saying like they were in the same room as us, and unfortunately they were very noisy.

I booked this room just after midnight because my daughter was sick and there was too much noise at my friend's where we were staying. I did not realize because it was after midnight that it would put check-in as 4 pm. I contacted both Expedia and went to the hotel. Neither Expedia or the hotel were able to switch the night. The hotel was mostly vacant and it should not have been an issue. It was a waste of money and time dragging my sick daughter there. Terrible customer service. The front desk told me he had to clear it with a manager but that would not be until 9am. Then, the manager would not refund the following day when Expedia tried to ask them for flexibility. The app is not set up for a situation like this and the hotel was completely inflexible, even though they were close to empty

While staying at the property was woken up by some guests fighting in the hall outside our room who were yelling and screaming and banging on their door for an hour at 5am until we called the front desk to inform them it was happening, I give credit to the staff for responding after the call. However there are cameras in the hall right by where the scene was happening so it should have been dealt with sooner. Also as far as noise is concerned there was the housekeeping staff was going up and down the hall banging on doors very loudly before it was time to check out of the room. And cleanliness was not the best, as there was very noticeable grim and rust coming from between the glass shower panels and i found that there was a rolled joint that was swept under the ac/heating unit for the room indicating that it was not thoroughly cleaned.

Hotel and employees were excellent. The only problem is the hotel is not in the best part of town so you could be accosted by people wanting money or at least change. Otherwise we had a very nice and comfortable stay.

Overall the property has fallen into disrepair. Fixtures are lose and it’s just kind of low end. The staff gave me a ticket for what looked like free breakfast worth $12 - I had breakfast and it turns out the ticket was not spelled out clearly. A mistake made before and the breaks Fast bill was 12 dollars. The breakfast wasn’t worth twelve cents. Overall a disappointment. The service in the resteraunt was really good considering everything and was the highlight of my stay.

We stayed for 3 nights. Two of which were disastrous. The staff tried to be acommodating but it took far too long for the incidents that took place in the hotel to be addressed and dealt with. Restaurant staff were snippy and pleasant - it depended on how interactive they needed to be with the guests. Breakfast that came with the room was limited to the basic egg breakfast or pancakes. I'm not sure why the limitations but at least it was cooked hot and they served real eggs. The hotel itself was clean. Walls are VERY thin. It was a very noisy / roudy weekend. I'm not sure that I'd stay again at this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was always helpful, kind and courteous. The food was excellent and the service was great! We would definitely go back and would definitely recommend this hotel. We even found time to to use the gym for a short work out and enjoyed the pool and hot tub!! Thank you
