Cet hôtel fait le job. Literie confortable il dispose d'un parking ce qui pour moi est un atout. Petit bémol chambre avec mezzanine qui est un peu étouffante en ces périodes chaudes.

Déception. Je n'attendais pas un service Palace mais au moins que la chambre soit dans un bon état... Douche qui fuit, toutes les touches de la télécommande effacées, et le pire porte qui ne ferme pas à clé, qui ne se clanche qu'en forçant. Petit déjeuner médiocre.

A mon arrivée à 21H30, plus d'accueil physique. Et je n'avais pas eu communication de mon code d'accès. J'ai essayé avec mon numéro de voyage mais sans succès. Heureusement, il y avait un interphone où j'ai pu avec quelques minutes d'attente obtenir mon code d'accès à rentrer avec précaution. Après 30 minutes, j'ai pu accéder à ma chambre...où il y régnait une très forte odeur de tabac malgré la fenêtre restée entrouverte. J'ai passé la nuit dans cette chambre et mes vêtements mêmes non-portés ont été imprégnés de cette odeur.

We did not like this hotel at all. There was a lot of noise as the hotel did not have AC so we had to leave the window open. The room was very dirty and small. We do not recommend this hotel.

Personnel très bien, par contre les chambres ont besoin de gros travaux de rafraichissement. Fenêtre et porte non insonorisées, robinet de salle de bain qui fuit, tablette pour poser la valise qui est arraché du mur. pas de chauffage. le petit déjeuner n'est pas couteux, mais trop élevé pour ce qu'il y a à manger. Point positif, dans le fond d'une zone, donc au calme et près d'un restaurant et d'un fast food ( accessibles à pieds)

Comfortable room, unfortunately on loud road which cannot be helped. Spacious bathroom. Large bed. Receptionist did try and get us to pay again but eventually accepted we had paid. Did not have the breakfast so cannot comment. Conveniently near several restaurants and large supermarket.

Nous sommes aller sur place a une heure tardive. ce qui étais prévu mais la borne avait un problèmes on appeler le service sur la borne qui nous a dit qu'une personne d astreinte aller arriver et qu'elle étais sur place nous avons passé une heure devant la borne avant qu'une personne arrive tranquillement sur trottinette et nous dit qu'elle ne restait pas sur place

Hoyel was good value for money, good rooms, good breakfast. Our only problem was trying to book in when reception was unmanned. Very complicated and card reader failed when we finally got auto check in to work. Fortunately the receptionist arrive and book the rest if my party on.

Could not get the payment to go through st self checkin. Rung the helpline numerous times with little assistance. Kept saying try again. Another family arrived and the same happened to them. Got into room after a hour, which did not look like the picture on the website. Then manager had to come to our room to take payment. Very poor service. Will not be staying at this hotel again.

Property close to hippodrome, limited No.4 bus service due to Easter holidays, but got me there and back to the ferry. All as i was expecting from the hotel but reception not attended so need to gain a passcode from the machine outside of the building. Digits on keypad need pressing hard as didnt work first few attempts

Personnel très bien, par contre les chambres ont besoin de gros travaux de rafraichissement. Fenêtre et porte non insonorisées, robinet de salle de bain qui fuit, tablette pour poser la valise qui est arraché du mur. pas de chauffage. le petit déjeuner n'est pas couteux, mais trop élevé pour ce qu'il y a à manger. Point positif, dans le fond d'une zone, donc au calme et près d'un restaurant et d'un fast food ( accessibles à pieds)

Very reasonable price for the room. The breakfast was very nice and it was great to have free parking especially as we had motorbikes.

Déception. Je n'attendais pas un service Palace mais au moins que la chambre soit dans un bon état... Douche qui fuit, toutes les touches de la télécommande effacées, et le pire porte qui ne ferme pas à clé, qui ne se clanche qu'en forçant. Petit déjeuner médiocre.

Hoyel was good value for money, good rooms, good breakfast. Our only problem was trying to book in when reception was unmanned. Very complicated and card reader failed when we finally got auto check in to work. Fortunately the receptionist arrive and book the rest if my party on.

We did not like this hotel at all. There was a lot of noise as the hotel did not have AC so we had to leave the window open. The room was very dirty and small. We do not recommend this hotel.

Comfortable room, unfortunately on loud road which cannot be helped. Spacious bathroom. Large bed. Receptionist did try and get us to pay again but eventually accepted we had paid. Did not have the breakfast so cannot comment. Conveniently near several restaurants and large supermarket.
