Mi Amor by La Zebra, an SLH Hotel

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights for our honeymoon and had the most incredible time. I would suggest this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Tulum! We were on the all-inclusive package and had the best food in our entire lives. All of the staff members were so kind, friendly, and knew our orders by the end of the trip! The rooms were very clean, the pool was beautiful, and the front desk staff helped us with nearby recommendations and rentals! There is a main strip in Tulum with lots of restaurants, hotels, and shops; Mi Amor is just on the other side tucked away into the nature reserve. This is perfect for people who want to enjoy the bustling, busy streets - then go away and rest at your hotel. At Mi Amor, you HAVE to have the tempura shrimp tacos and guac! My biggest recommendation would be to rent a Vespa - once we had this, everything was a 15-minute ride or less to everywhere we wanted to visit. PRO TIP: Mi Amor has sister hotels nearby that you can visit and use their amenities too! Nevana Luxury Villas has the most incredible pool I have ever been to in my life. 1000000/10 would stay at Mi Amor again!

Me and my wife stayed at Mi Amor for our 9th anniversary, and we loved it! A special thank you to the staff at this amazing hotel, Luis, Alex, Aurelio, and Brisa are fantastic! The food at this hotel is top notch. We got the all inclusive package. Don't wait, go with Mi Amor and you won't be disappointed.

Really special place. My one piece of feedback is to inject more choices in the all inclusive menu. We were there for 10 days and they should invest more in long stay guests. We ended eating off property a lot due to repetition and boredom

Beautiful room, very private as it is a small resort. About 20 rooms at the hotel. We went during off season so it practically felt like we had the hotel to ourselves. The staff were incredible; in all departments . They made you feel at home and were extremely personal. The service made our experience. Great location as there is a strip of other hotels near by to explore. The national park has rules so expect to show proof of stay for all entrances after closure. Beautiful spot; only downfall was no onsite access to the beach; although you have access at walking distance.

Excellent experience. Staff was very welcoming and it felt like 24 hour personal catering. Also, food was 10/10.
