Came to St. Louis for a Padre game. Our room was big, which was nice because there was 3 of us. Was a short walk to the ballpark. The lounge helped me drown my sorrows after the Padres got shutout. :(

The hotel was very comfortable with large rooms. We took a family of 8 and had plenty of space for all of us with 2 rooms that each had 2 queen beds. This hotel does not have a pool which was a little disappointing for the kids. It was an easy walk to the Dome at America’s Center with plenty of eating options within walkable distance as well. We would definitely book this hotel for future events.

The staff was extremely nice, and the valet service was great! This was in a walkable area, with easy access to the various destinations around the city. The only negatives were the sink in the bathroom was very functional, there was a small shelf but it wasn’t really large enough. Additional there was hairs in the bathtub, but easy enough to clean ourselves.

Super clean and nice Ole Downtown Hotel. Looks historical but rooms are well maintained and updated. Plenty of room and all the personal items you might need are available. Our 1 sleep on the sleeping sofa and it was great. Missing some extra blankets in the room but overall was ok. I highly recommend this hotel.

The valet service was wonderful!!!! We were there 4 days and room was never cleaned. No towels, toilet paper, or soap was brought and the trash wasn’t emptied. The nightstand had dust that looked an inch thick and you could tell that it hadn’t been dusted in weeks. Service need a lot of help, except for valet service, which was outstanding!

Only issues we had was a lot of noise one morning from the adjoining room. Also the beds/mattress is covered with a flat sheet instead of a fitted one. The flat sheet constantly came off throughout the night exposing the bare mattress. While the hotel was clean, I do not ever want to lay on an exposed mattress, especially one that is not my own. Staff was excellent and friendly. Location was great.

This was a great 2 night stay in the downtown area for a Cardinals game and sightseeing. The hotel is walking distance from the stadium and the Gateway Arch and all that is around it, including the beautiful and historic St. Louis Cathedral. I was most impressed by the size of the room (2 Queen beds) which had a large living area and almost felt like a small apartment! We were on the 24th floor (out of 25), and it was quiet and the elevators worked great and not too busy. The room was very modern, comfortable, clean, and had a great view. It felt like we were in a ‘Penthouse Suite’! There were plenty of eating places around and Ballpark Village, across the street from the stadium, had lots of fun stuff to do with great nightlife and after game activities. The self parking was $35 per night and about 1/2 block away. You can pull up to the Valet parking ($45/nt if choose to go that route) to unload and then go self park…same garage for both. The main entrance is on the side of the hotel rather than the front which seemed a little odd to me. We did not use the restaurant nor hung out at the lobby, but it all looked good. It was a very conveniently located place to stay. I would stay again.

The property is a remodeled older building so the lobby is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There are some quirky things like the bathroom light switch is in an odd place and the elevators are scary to ride

Beautiful building and foyer. Rooms spacious, clean and AC was nice and cold. The only thing that I didn't like was I had to go to four different floors to find an ice machine that had ice. I would stay there again if traveling to St. Louis, MO.

I really enjoyed the stay. The room was so big it was like an apartment. It had a small kitchen type area, the largest bathroom I had ever seen in a hotel room, the view was amazing, the staff was friendly. I loved everything about it.

The staff at this hotel are above and beyond fantastic, friendly and helpful!!! Special recognition to Kyle and Jacob who helped check me and our friends in, get us into our rooms early and make sure we had rooms near eachother! And Jacob was so amazing and helpful our entire stay. He was everywhere and did everything, I nicknamed him a “Jacob of all trades”. He also remembered exactly what we were doing each day and followed up when he saw us to see how our day went! Amazing customer service!!! As for the hotel itself, it’s an absolutely perfect location if you’re at the convention center (we were there for a volleyball tournament). Good food options around and a safe part of town!

The service was outstanding! Everyone was friendly and always asked if we needed help with anything. Housekeeping volunteered extra towels, coffee, whatever we needed. Valet greeted and held the door for us as we brought in our luggage. Just a great attitude! We came for a baseball game and will definitely use this hotel again.

Kyra at the front desk made our check in very easy & smooth. I asked how much it would cost me to check out at 1400 (my flight leaves later in the evening) instead of noon & she let me check out at 1300 for free. Such customer service! I also forgot to bring toothpaste & they provided me with some!

I did not like my check in experience. The check in clerk was Not friendly at all and a bit agressive when asking for my payment. Meaning she asked me to put my card in the card reader very harshly but didnt explain my charges or the amount. I literally had to ask what and how much was the additional charge because I knew how much room and tax was but she was just like... Put your card in. Instead of saying. Oh i see you paid room and tax online but the hotel also charges a 50.00 incidental fee. Information and being polite goes a long way. The room was clean but the pipes are old. The water spat out hard when I initially turned on the water in the bathroom and it took 3 flushes just for a simple flush to go down the toilet. No drinking waters for guest are in the rooms , seems weird for a Marriott and self parking is $35.00. $15-$20 I can understand but for this property and location (downtown St. Louis??) $35 is ridiculous!!!! The bed was rather hard. I am very familiar with Marriott properties and I belive they are known for their very comfortable mattresses. This did not apply for this particular stay. But my room was clean which I can definitely appreciate. It served it's purpose for what it was.

Great location.. we used off site parking and only paid $10 a day as opposed to the $40 at the hotel.. wish the hotel had a free breakfast, but we found a place down the street that was excellent! The hotel was quiet and very clean, room was very spacious and staff was very pleasant. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in town!

The Marriott Courtyard on Washington Street is an ideal location for doing anything in downtown St. Louis. We easily walk from there to the arch national park and the fabulous city museum was only a couple of blocks north of us. There are lots and lots of good dining possibilities for all meals within easy walking distance as well.

This was the PERFECT place to stay for my conference at the Convention Center. I was seconds away from my conference, making it super easy to go back to my hotel room whenever needed. The room was more spacious than I had expected and the staff were extremely friendly. The hotel is in beautiful condition. I would definitely stay here in the future. It’s also near the Arch (about a 10 minute walk).

I was so pleasantly surprised by the hotel! Esp for the rate I got! Loved loved loved that is an older renovated building and not cookie cutter rooms. I arrived late at night and staff was super nice ! Same in the morning.

Our room was great! There was no buffet service so they take your oder and cook it.The Bistro is small and can only accomodate so much. You can't rely on them for late night snacks but delivery is available from nearby restaurants. I probably won't stay here again for the price that I paid without free breakfast and free parking.
