Arrived to a warm welcome, made even better by an upgraded room to a spa bath, though unfortunately unable to use it due to limited mobility due to a bad back! The shower however was excellent, bed comfy. Also each unit has its own parking spot, so no issues there.What more could you need for a one night stop. You can order breakfast, which is delivered to your room. We visited to see the Koalas on Raymond Island, that was certainly a success. The food options were limited on our visit due to it being a Tuesday night, but we certainly didn’t starve! Would certainly stay again if ever in this area.

Mariners Cove has been our favourite holiday destination on every one of our anniversaries for 31 years. Hopefully there will be more stays. The rooms are so well appointed and the view from the private terrace thrills us every time. Such a wonderful place!

location is brilliant close to shop but not too close. The back door is on the waterway. Nicely appointed with spa bath. WE parked the car and walked everywhere, a very nice stay.

This spotless apartment was fabulous and great value. Warm welcome by staff, we parked right at the door of our unit. Well equipped and comfortable with super outdoor area overlooking the water. The room was spacious and well equipped. Very comfortable bedding and linen was clean and smelled so fresh. Kitchen well equipped with all our needs and more. Huge ensuite, with super hot shower with great water pressure. Ideally located, we strolled to the ferry and local pub. Highly recommended.

The property was very comfortable and we had a beautiful view. Breakfast was nice. Crockery and cutlery was only for two but maybe a coffee cup instead of a mug would work for a cup of tea if needed. Apart from that the place has been newly refurbished and was very comfortable.

Unable to connect tv to Wi-Fi and staff couldn't help either. Apartment has very noisy flooring. Some improvements attempted with tiling, but lipstick on a pig. Shower very small and mouldy. Location good but couldn't recommend.

Excellent choice all round! Tanya checked us into our accessibility room which was perfect. She was a delightful person full of knowledge where to eat nearby. Our room was spotless with every amenity needed to care for my 85 yo mother on her holiday away from the nursing home. It's next door to the ferry to the island and on the waterfront. Absolutely beautiful place. We will be back for a longer stay next year. Thanks Tanya for your joyful hospitality and care!

We had a ground floor unit that still had a great view of the canal and the marina. The unit was spacious and clean and we had a good nights sleep. The receptionist gave us a great welcome and her suggestion to catch the ferry (free for pedestrians) to Raymond Island to see the Koala’s meant we saw at least 6 Koala’s during our 1 hour walk there. Enjoyed our stay at Mariners Cove.

Room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately the fan in the loft bedroom was not working but staff replaced it with a floor fan. It was the hottest time to be in Victoria, 40c. So the unit was very hot. Power outage for 3 hours due to fires in Victoria. This was not the properties problem but no communication
