We stayed 1 night before going to the Spirit of Tasmania the following day. The Villa is a nice little cottage, in a gated community, so quite safe & secure & plenty big enough, king bed was comfortable. The backs of the chairs needed the screws tightened, so hubby did that. New owners had just taken over a week ago, so I'm sure they will get around to doing some maintenance. The owner was lovely & she was friendly. I would recommend staying here, its quite close to the Corio Bay ship terminal.

We stayed for two nights to attend my mother’s funeral. Convenient location. Clean and quiet. Friendly staff on check in. We would definitely stay again. Fully self contained. Fridge was turned up too high and froze everything,apart from that it was perfect for us.

This villa is in need of a deep clean. Everything was marked, and had lots of wear and tear. The dining table chairs need to be thrown away and replaced. The back fence made noise constantly as it was not fixed in place and culminated with it collapsing onto the back wall of the villa. The couch is stained, the floor had burnt iron marks, the bathroom has hair on the floor. The remote control for The aircon was grimy and taped together. For the price we paid it was extremely disappointing. The TV is old and analogue. The tv was removed from the main bedroom wall. The villas are very small and just very dated and old.

We felt accommodation very tired and run-down, some places dirty. TV in bedroom only got 2 channels and TV in the lounge had to be turned of and on to work. Reception lady knew about this, she told us. Kitchen chairs had the vinyl lifting off therefore couldn't be deep cleaned, felt dirty. Bathroom felt dirty with dirty tiles, grout and little bin. Fridge freezer box needed defrosting, full of ice. Carpet old and dirty. Door handles on bathroom and bedroom falling off. Adhesive frosty for privacy in the bedroom was all creased and not full window. Throw rug had crusty something split on it. It was revolting. Bed comfy enough.

Toilet was very dirty and uncleaned with fecal matter. Hair throughout bathroom, toilet and shower, overall cleanliness of entire unit inside and our was quite poor. It is very worn needs some tlc. Location was great quiet and secure. Communication and management was prompt and a pleasure to deal with. Cleanliness definitely needs more attention.

The Wi Fi needs to be stronger hard to connect a signal .The shower was terrible very slow pressure and kept going cold. Very frustrating by far the worst shower we have seen in all the places we have stayed in.

We recieved a call from the new owner to make sure we were ok and still coming (we had arranged a late check in with the previous.owner but this hadnt been passed onto her). It was so nice to get a personalised call. I didn't realise but the accomodation is essentially a street in a lovely retirement village. It was incrediy quiet, the unit was impeccably clean although due for some small repairs and a new couch. Location was so easy from the avalon airport with a day at the werribee zoo planned for the next day. Bring your own pillow and ear plugs if a light sleeper, its.next to a raway lone and there are freight trains. Overall very impressed and.would return.

At the end unit there was a disgusting smell. The bins at the end of the park maybe , a very fishy possibly blood and bone smell. Otherwise, it was lovely and quiet and comfy. Great communication with check in.

Loved our four day stay at the Villa. Very comfortable, clean, lovely & quiet. Close to cafes, shopping centre, petrol station, playground etc. The villa had everything we needed, except a few extra towels, sheets, cooking utensils or washing machine would’ve been handy, especially with two small children for four days but otherwise it was a fantastic little getaway and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend.
