pool was too dirty, didnt require air conditioning was definitely NOT DELUXE which i paid for OVERRATED a wooden chair to sit on, squashy room, curtains dont cover the windows properly shower running hot and cold while i was in it well overdue for an upgrade

Pool area clean, parking easy and safe

Sorry but the great rating and the appearance in the booking systems were misleading to us. That is why we feel obliged to give this feedback here: Too run down, smelled very intensely like cleaning liquid. We did not want to stay there and moved on, even though we didn't get a refund and had no other reservation yet. If you do(like we did) not know the region: consider driving one hour more to reach a town with options. We found something very appealing and with a good atmosphere for 180 and 160 AUD. That is much more than we paid here, but it was worth it.

This is how a Motel should be run. Excellent staff who were informative and helpful Room was larger than most and well maintained and cared for. Breakfast was a nice touch too. Thoroughly recommended
