The room was a good size and our two children enjoyed having the mezzanine area. If you were looking for faults then I am sure people would find them as it could do with a refresh in areas however, we had a comfortable sleep and the hotel served our purpose for an overnight stop. We would have no issues using here again.

We arrived on our first night during a public holiday, and unfortunately no service was available at that time. The heating in our room could not be adjusted, and it was very cold overnight. On the second day, the reception staff responded and brought us two heaters, which helped resolve the issue. Overall, the stay was not too bad; however, the location is slightly far from Lille and Paris.

I have been to some 5 star hotels, but Aurelia who welcomed us at reception, couldn’t do enough for us, prepared breakfast, dealt with people departing, all with such an amazing, fantastic and very special way. Whatever you are paying her you need to double this. I will definitely be going back to this hotel. Thank you Aurelia
