Very friendly, professional staff, excellent breakfast included in the very reasonable price. Superb value for money.

Room was on the smaller side, but a great price for what you get. Breakfast was excellent, service lovely. For anyone wanting something simple and clean this would be it. L

Clean hotel and a great breakfast. Spent 2 weeks in Japan and it was the only hotel that requires you to remove shoes in the lobby and wear slippers your entire stay. If on a budget and want a clean hotel, this is it.

I love how quaint and peaceful this place was, after being in big cities consistently since I landed in Japan over a week ago. The onsen was brilliant and well maintained and the parking looked like it was easy. The local bars/restaurants near by were excellent and easy to get to. It may be a bit of a bus ride from the Shinkansen to here, but for the price and atmosphere, it's absolutely worth it. Thank you for making this short, overnight stay so lovely and welcoming!
