Very disappointing experience. We booked this hotel for two nights but checked out after the first night because the room was in an unacceptable condition. It was not clean, smelled musty, and was full of mosquitoes and flies. It was simply not a room we could comfortably stay in. When we checked out, the receptionist apologized and assured us that we would be refunded for the second night. We were told the refund would be processed within two days. It has now been almost a week, and we have received neither the refund nor any response from the hotel despite following up. Poor room quality, poor customer service, and broken promises. I would not recommend this hotel.
