six senses was an amazing experience for us! at check in, we were informed that we could be upgraded to a room with in room onsen, and the staff also arranged for us to stay with our friends in the same courtyard although we had separate bookings. the room and facilities overall were superb! onsen was so comfortable in the winter, and the room was very spacious. we had an issue with the heating and the staff were very on the ball- bringing us a portable heater while they tried to fix the issue, and also offered to change rooms for us. throughout the stay, and even afterwards - guest relations manager Frank was a huge help! he responded very quickly on wechat for our queries, giving us recommendations for food and amenities nearby. he also came down to help us with our wifi issues! location wise - six senses is close to all the attractions like panda valley and qing cheng mountain. was an excellent stay - 100% recommend!

Beautiful hotel with amazing food and staff. Our butler, Maricel, was incredibly attentive and she made our stay truly terrific. We will be back and would recommend the Six Senses to everyone. Great for couples and families!

A truly special and memorable experience Our stay at Six Senses Qing Cheng Mountain was a truly special experience. The entire team was incredibly kind, warm, and always willing to help and serve with genuine care. We also used the hotel’s private transfer service, which was excellent — comfortable, smooth, and perfectly organized. But what truly exceeded our expectations was the guided tour service. Our guide, Hickey, was absolutely fantastic: professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. He supported us during the entire experience and even accompanied us to the airport on his day off. He became a friend to our family, and we are very grateful. We highly recommend both the hotel and the overall experience. Just a couple of points to be aware of: • The summer heat can be intense, and it may affect the enjoyment of outdoor excursions. • English communication can be a bit challenging in some areas of the hotel, especially in the spa and kids club. That said, the hospitality and effort of the team more than make up for it. We would absolutely return. Ulisses Borges Cardinot Stayed July 2025

Stay was generally good except for a couple of service related incidents eg i asked front desk to make a reservation for us one evening and the person asked me to book myself. When i showed the restaurant name on my mobile app, the person tried to call the restaurant directly on my mobile without asking me.

Underwhelming compared to the likes of Capella, Langham where we are frequent travellers at. Rooms were decent however had mosquitoes on the warmer days we were at. Upgrades were offered at a charge of double the room rate, concierge was unwilling to assist at most times, especially after we declined the hotel tour packages. Won't be staying at six senses again, you can get much better hotels and service for the same price.
