Clean lobby, clean hotel, breakfast was decent. The pool room and the gym were very nice, friendly staff and a nice outdoor area to sit that's available 24/ 7also had convenient parking and multiple entrances depending on where your room was located. You could park closer to whichever door you wanted to.

Parking was limited near entranceand was full for a late evening check-in. Breakfast was good. Hotel was quite clean for the most part and the staff was very courteous and helpful

Overall, this was a pleasant stay. The pool was closed during the afternoon on our second day, but was reopened by the evening. The pool floor was dirty, so I had to drop a star for that. My only other criticism is from check in. When I received my keycards, the front desk person said my room number aloud. This should never be happening. It is fortunate that I had family with me and no one was in the lobby to overhear, but if I had been a single traveler, I would have requested a different room. This is a security and safety issue. I hope that this gets back to the people working the desk on Friday night, especially since one gentleman was being trained.

Ice machine on 4th floor not working. Snacks in lobby for sale very sparse. Breakfast ends too early at 9:30. There is an alarm clock in room without instructions how to disable. Very annoying.

Would’ve given it a 10 if the elevator door wasn’t broken. I was on the fourth floor and each time I utilize the elevator. It literally took 10 to 15 seconds for the door to close, triggering an alarm, additionally the toilet was broken. Do better guys.

My room was perfect, the bed was really comfortable. I really like the breakfast; real oatmeal and a lot of other choices. The fitness center was also good; although there were no wipes to wipe down the machines.

This property was okay, especially for the price. The building itself needs more attention. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was hanging on for dear life, there were random patches in the wall that needed repairing, the elevator sounded like a cable was going to snap every time you got in it, breakfast was just okay

It was a good experience staying at the Holiday Inn Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Waseem. However, I would like to mention that the bathroom shower area in my room was dirty and had mold on the walls and one elevator was slow and dirty. It Thank you

Our room was not cleaned before we got there. There was an empty pop bottle left in the bathroom on the counter as well as a used paper towel on the floor. Our shower had many hairs in them as well as the sheets. Not sure how that would be if they were changed. Won’t go back. Very unhappy

The condition of this property is terrible. The bathroom door never closed all the way. There was no toilet paper when we checked in. The sheets were very dirty, containing blood stains. There is no way this property would meet Holiday Inn Express standards.

My room door would not close without laying my whole body into it as hard as possible. I'm sure I woke up everyone in the morning while closing it. Multiple doors were like this just on the first floor. Staff didn't care when I told them. Hairs in the shower. 1 inch gap straight to the outdoors next to the AC/heater. Oh and mold on and moldy standing water in the keurig was deadly. So would not recommend.

Started in Room 1, heat didn’t work. Moved to Room 2, toilet didn’t work. Moved to Room 3 and stayed even though the shower head barely poured out water. Horrible experience. Will never stay there again and cannot recommend this property at all.

This your standard cookie cutter Holiday Inn Express. It falls down in my opinion with the about of clearly audible road noise that is pretty consistent. This was even the case when requesting a quiet room.

Our stay was a nice experience. Excellent breakfast choices. Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon, and sausage. Bagels and sweet rolls. and more. Friendly staff. Clean room. The only drawback was an A/C a little too loud.

When we checked in the room wasn’t clean properly. There were some crumbs on the floor and some stains on the bed covers. The blinds on the window did not work so I could not close them.

The room was a good size, but itwas awkwardly laid out. The bathroom door was a slider. When it was open, it covered the access to the refrigerator and coffee maker. When closed , it was difficult to reopen. It was noisy when moving, and hard to control with no handle or grip. Sometimes it closed or opened by itself. There were numerous stains on the carpet. The trim on the bathroom walls was falling off. The toilet paper holder was also falling off the wall. These would have been obvious to anyone cleaning the room but were not remedied. We were in a room that adjoined the room next door. That made it especially disturbing when a domestic dispute broke outin that room late at night. The desk clerk did not answer the phone for over 5 minutes. She did eventually call the police. They came but did not remove them. It was easy to hear the conversation above the gun and ammunition that the very angry man had in his possession. We eventually were moved to another room and felt much better. The breakfast was very nice and had a nice selection of foods.

Walls and ceilings seem very thin. Heard running footsteps until about midnight and simply walking around a room sounded like someone was stomping or jumping. Bathrooms are also very noisy, you can hear anytime your neighbor uses it!

I came to stay here because of a power outage. My room smelled of extremely strong odor, the toilet also did not flush at all. They told us they were all booked up, but gave me an extremely hard time and even became aggressive and unfriendly in regards to allowing me to have a refund so that I may go stay somewhere else. The hotel was not up to par for $170 for one night. Staff was rude and not very helpful.

When arriving, the front desk guy was short with us and rude. Didn’t let us know any information about breakfast hours, check out or anything. Room smelled bad. And they charged us the $50 when we only slept in there ! We didn’t do anything but sleep and use the toilet Terrible experience and will never be back!

This was an okay property C-C+ at best. Did not provide dalily room cleaning and since we were there 10 days that was a problem. We had to on occasion go to get fresh towels and "other" essental item from the front desk.

Our stay went well. We got the floor that we requested and it was quiet on our floor. The room was spacious and clean- the only negative was that the shower head was filthy and the bathroom was outdated. The location was cool as we were near a lot of plazas and the highway.

The breakfast tables were always dirty. The breakfast attendant needs to wipe them regularly instead of just standing in a corner playing on his phone. We had no housekeeping service during a 5-night stay. Trash was emptied once. There was a smell of marijuana in the room. Someone had put a plastic bag over the smoke detector.

The room was nice, but the temperature kept changing by itself. The pool was very clean, but really cold. Breakfast the first morning was cold and little was put out, but the morning it was perfect. I'm not quite sure why there was a large garbage bag in the hallway for two days, but people took advantage and used it. The front desk people were amazing and went out of their way to make every guest feel special. They really were the best. I slept very, very well both nights. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were perfect. The shower was great and the water hot enough for me. I would stay again.

Very clean and quiet! We checked in late and I wish we had more time spent in the room. Room smelled really good, lots of great lighting. Hot breakfast was really good with fabulous variety.
