Clean rooms. 7 minutes from the Rec Plex. Pool had a little to much chlorine in the pool would be only complaint.

The bed was comfortable. The pool was cold. The hot tub wasn’t hot enough and the bubbles didn’t work.

All is good with our room but the shower only has one sliding door. Did not notice until we were all in and done with the pool and ready to take showers. Needless to say we ended up with a small pond after cleaning up 2 children. The pool seems like it has a little algae build up on the bottom and the hot tub says out of commission.

The room was overall pretty clean. The suite part had a dirty coffee cup and the couch had crumbs all over it. The pool was dirty. There was hair floating around and it had an oily sheen to it. The hot tub didn't work. I told the front desk and they said it was reset and warming up but it didnt seem to be. Breakfast was a very small area and if you want a waffle, be prepared to wait for 10 minutes to get it as there was 1 waffle maker. Eggs did not taste real and all of the food on warmers was cold.

The kitchen sink did not drain, the disposal did not work. Spoke to the office person at 6am and he wrote out room number down said maintenance would be in at 8am and we were 1st on his list. Got back to the room around 10am and nobody had been to our room. Called and complained and the front desks response was, so now you don’t want someone to come look at your sink? Maintenance guy came as we were headed out and said we were not on his list. Said sometimes when you call down they say they are writing your number but don’t actually do it. When I told him I watched him write our room number down he didn’t have much to say. 5 floors, ice machin on every floor and the only one that worked was on the 1st floor. Exit signs hangin by wires out of the ceiling or sitting on the floor. The only positive thing about this stay was they had a good breakfast with a lot of variety. We won’t be back.

Location was perfect for what we needed. Pool was VERY cold. Hot tub jets didn't work. No towels. Hot breakfast items were dry. No extra blankets for pull out bed.

Everything was great. Only thing the spa was out of order. The room we were issued had some plumbing issues and the front desk assisted us promptly. The housecleaning crew were outstanding with towels and toiletries.

The pool and hot tub were not in service during our stay, which was a main draw for the hotel. It would have been helpful to know that when booking. We were told by the front desk host that the hot tub was still open, but when we tried to use it, it was also broken. That’s a detail the front desk should know. We were told that we can use the neighboring hotel’s pool, but he told us their pool was open until midnight, and when we walked to the other hotel a little after 10 they told us that their pool had already closed at 10, which also is a simple detail that the front desk should have known.

We stayed for a football tournament and this hotel was prefect. Several area Available to hang out as a group. Very nice pool and hot tub. Staff was very friendly and professional. Our room was great as well! Very clean!!

We arrived an hour later than check in time and when we opened the door to the room, we saw immediately that it had not been cleaned. The staff were just a couple doors away so I told them and they went right to work on it apologized and said to come back in 20-30 minutes. We returned and the room was clean and ready. After we came back from our evening plans, the bathroom floor was covered with water. The water sprinkler was leaking….a lot! We went back down and got another room. We didn’t get upset and the staff were very responsive and helpful. The rooms were very nice and we enjoyed our stay!

Bath tub is not clean, some hairs there. TV was not functioning well, WiFi connection was not strong. Chairs for the table was not clean.

Very clean friendly staff

I called the property twice ahead of our visit to ensure my rooms would be next to each other given we had kids split up in rooms. As of Thursday, I was told two rooms were held for me & noted in the system that were only one apart from each other. When I checked in on Friday, I was given rooms on opposite sides of a floor. When I asked about the rooms the other receptionist had reserved for me, he said one of the rooms had been occupied for two weeks. He didn’t offer a solution or seem interested in helping me, even though I had an explained the situation and asked for help. He finally walked away & starting typing on the computer. I said if I needed to pay for different rooms I would. He said that’s not the issue. He did find me rooms that were about 5 apart & said there was nothing else he could do. This was after I had already paid, too. The suite had a wet pile of what looked like baby puke/dog puke in the middle of the living room. The spa was broken - they could have told us that prior as we would have made reservations at another hotel. The lamp did not have a lightbulb. To top it off, there was a domestic abuse & the police a few doors down from where the kids were staying. The police showed up, knocked on the kids’ room door. This scared them; they were bawling. Had I been in the room next door, I could have heard/helped. Not acceptable. I am not pleased or impressed. This did not live up to the Hilton standards. We will not stay here again.

Inside of door to room had handprints all over the door. Shower caulk was shoddy or moldy. Furniture was chipped and dirty. Tired.

Bath room is not good. Broken shower curtain, no conditioner and soap. Bed room: night stand switch is broken. TV in both rooms were not function. Couldn’t use TV.

The room was very clean. I could not get the TV remote to work properly. Otherwise a very nice stay.

Booked 2 queen beds, only got 1 king bed. Room was not as pictured.

Full operating kitchen with provided plates and cookware. Would be really cheap for families on a budget

We were without TV in both rooms. No resolution in sight. We weren’t told at the desk when we checked in and no effect put to fix problem. After a long day of traveling I expect a working TV for news and enjoyment. We are very disappointed with or stay. We only had one bath towel and two hand and two was cloths. Would have appreciated a full set of fresh linens.

Rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good but not typical. Not certain that everyone is up for pork carnitas and smoked sausage for breakfast.

This hotel was inan awesome area if you are coming from out of state. All shopping dining needs are met here. The staff semmed to be lacking, I felt bad for the two people I did see trying to keep up with all the customer service. Pool area was clean, exercise facility was nice. Bed super comfy and it was nice to have a separate room from the living space. There were cosmetic flaws we noticed in the bathroom and kitchen but nothing major. The dirty pullout bed and trying to call someone to get it cleaned was probably the only frustrating part of the trip so that was good.

Nice front desk staff, we checked in late in the night after a long drive and the front desk woman was very helpful and friendly!

It was nice. Checked into first room and the tv didn't work they sent a maintenance man right up and then changed our room

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. It was fabulous. Upon checking in, Eric, who was behind the front desk told me that there was a small issue in booking. I had been at a baseball tournament in the hot sun and rain all day, but he surprised me with an amazing upgrade. I think it had been over booked through a site and we were able to be upgraded to two king suite rooms that adjoined at no extra charge. Made my day as well as the rest of my family. Also was great to provide grilling supplies for the beautiful patio. Just a wonderful overall experience! So wonderful that I booked this same chain in a different location for this upcoming weekend! Great job. Thank you Eric!!

The location was great. It felt safe and convenient. We had everything we needed all around the area.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It is a very nice hotel. Has everything I would look for in a hotel. Shopping and dining right across the street. They also have a good breakfast.

Great for truckers

A great place to lay your head. Quiet, even with plenty of other guests around. The hotel is also located with plenty of food options around too.
