The Blacksmith Arms

Lock box to enter was stiff to open. Log burner had blocked chimney filled the property with smoke. Tried to contact the owner, only had email no phone number. Got no reply. This property is a fire hazard the chimney is clearly blocked. Had to leave and go home. Was not safe to sleep in.

Good accommodation, friendly staff and good food at pub. Good size and good for couple with a dog. Only downside was bathroom could do with updating

Lovely little property located in a quaint village:) Staff members were super friendly on arrival and the whole check in/out process was smooth. The property has a lot of charm but needs a little tlc. The bathroom is basic and shower not great but the rest of the facilities in the room were good. The bed was a little on the hard side and very squeaky. Overall a good stay and for what we paid we were happy :) thank you x

We had a lovely stay. The property was far beyond our expectations! Very spacious, really cosy and welcoming and very well equipped indeed.
