Honestly such lovely staff at the front desk, they were very hospitable towards me after my flight was cancelled and I would not make it there before they’d left. I love the electronic key access made me feel so safe and secure. Would stay again if I come back down

Always a pleasure, great room ( good deal) comfortable beds and the popcorn in the room was a nice touch! The phone key is a new idea which means I was a bit worried about my battery being charged enough to get back in after hours, and my stay history had been erased but all in all a relaxing and pleasant stay.

The apartments are in a great location, convenient to trains and trams and the local area has plenty of restaurants. The apartments have good facilities with well stocked kitchen, regular sized fridge and laundry appliances if you need that. There is a very convenient arrangements with the key system. The reception staff are efficient and pleasant. Only real improvement I would suggest would be a mid-stay service for longer stays. I would highly recommend these apartments.

The property does not have sufficient parking especially if you have a roof rack or a tow ball. It is impossible to get a parking spot. The street is exceptionally busy with surrounding apartments and again off street parking is a nightmare during the night. It was noises from the neighbours yelling, screaming and shouting it was an unpleasant experience. I will not go back to this apartment as it does not need the basic needs and requirements as a apartment that highly rated Expedia rating was 8.8 to 9. My rating is three.

Always a great spot, very convenient to the train and surrounding shops. Spacious and clean accommodation and welcoming reception. The only drawbacks are a lack of shelf space in the bathroom and shower, and the digital key entry is too fiddly.

Phenomenal room I stayed in this time. I was really happy with it. I don’t mean to discriminate but the lovely New Zealand girl that works behind the counter. She was phenomenal. She was the best person I dealt with their so far so kind so correspondence, she’s a 10 out of 10 in customer service

The hotel was quiet and the rooms were a good size. Thankfully, no swipecard was necessary to get up to the room (I find there are invariably problems with these things). I particularly loved the leather couch in my room...luxurious!

Excellent stay, the only negative point I can make is that my phone ran out of battery power and there was no overnight support to get into the property that I was aware of. I was fortunate enough to get it charged from a friend, so if it wasn't for that, we would have been walking the street
