This hotel is a 5* Versace experience. The location is at the North of Dubai, not far from the airport. The service is very kind, the rooms are beyond 50sqm and the food was great quality. We have tried the italian restaurant, as well as breakfast at Giardino and the Enigma persian restaurant. All of them recommendable. The hotel is equiped with Spa, an adults only pool and a family one, both quite pleasant.

Overall amazing hotel but I will start with bad things I stayed 8 nights they upgraded me with terrace with 4 walls no view at all I was expecting nice upgrade like other hotels when u stay 8 nights Last 3 nights there was construction noise from 9 morning till 5 pm couldn't sleep nor take a nap the receptionist didn't believe me till I recorded the noise with videos after that they offered me another room with better view but it was too late I had one night remaining so I refused The pools are so nice but there is no sun from 3pm and above so if u want enjoy the sun go from 10 am till 3pm Standard rooms are without sofa they put 2 single armchair instead which is bad u can't relax only on ur bed TV not smart can't connect ur mobile to watch movies or YouTube Food in the pool is average The good things about this hotel is Room is nice decorated with nice bathrooms and Versace aminities Valet people are fast Pool people are fast and got nice drinks and coconuts Nice dj near the adult pool every day Receptionist are respectful Gym was good and 24 hours Room service fast and got delicious food Location is good House keeping were excellent no mistakes Coffe machine in the room

The room was good size with all basic amenities. We were unable to cast the mobile or laptop to the TV as it did not work. The remote batteries were weak. We were offered to upgrade the room at 11pm but did not take that option as didnt want to shift that late. Also had requeated for car wash, including an early morning reminder - however it was not done which left my husbamd extremely upset as he heade for an important meeting.

The property is surrounded by construction sites . The swimming pool is shaded for much of the time and you can’t sunbathe. We were initially given a room on the 2nd floor with no view , that had it’s own patio .Which was surrounded by a 10ft concrete wall. No sunlight could get in . The bedding and furniture are dated. We had to wait 30 mins on a taxi. They tried to force expensive “ hotel” taxi’s on us . £50 each for breakfast, so we declined and took a taxi to Dubai Mall.

We verbleven 6 nachten in het hotel. We hadden de standaard kamer geboekt, welke 50m2 groot zou zijn. Eenmaal in de kamer bleek deze rond de 35m2 te zijn. Daarbij was het erg luid vanwege de snelweg, de afstandsbediening van de tv was kapot, de wc maakte de vloer volledig nat bij het doorspoelen en was het bedieningspaneel in de badkamer kapot. We waren na de eerste nacht erg teleurgesteld en vroegen de manager of we voor de eerste nacht konden betalen en daarna weg konden in verband met de grootte van de kamer (dat het dus geen 50m2) was. Hierop kregen we een junior suite waarop weinig aan te merken was erg fijne kamer. Een tweede punt was dat het personeel was niet erg vriendelijk was. We zijn bij al onze hotels gewend in Dubai dat de valet parking mensen erg vriendelijk zijn en je (soms) te overdreven graag willen helpen. Bij Palazzo is dat niet het geval. Ze geven je een kaartje en dan lopen ze weg. Een derde punt was dat ik het hotel niet kindvriendelijk vond. Er zijn drie zwembaden, een voor adult only, eentje voor volwassenen en kinderen boven de 5 en een laatste zwembad voor baby’s. Dat zwembad was erg rustig en zat onder de vogelpoep. Erg slechte ervaring hiermee. Daarbij was het personeel bij het tweede zwembad erg onvriendelijk. Je moest achter het personeel aan rennen om een handdoek te krijgen of iets te bestellen. Kortom zou ik het Palazzo Versace hotel niet aanraden.

Personalmente non ho usufruito della spiaggia, le condizioni dell’hotel erano buone e all’altezza delle aspettative, camera matrimoniale in upgrade molto gradito MA, tutto questo non dipende dal personale in quanto non è imputabile al servizio ricevuto, considerando che nella camera ricevuta pur essendo in ottime condizioni e posizione, non ho chiuso occhio durante le ore notturne in quanto il rumore di arresto al piano 9 era un “Tok”continuo…rumore meccanico proveniente dalle colonne ascensori al nostro piano hanno generato un disagio considerevole.

This was particularly disappointing as we were celebrating our honeymoon, and could have easily been overlooked. Lastly, we requested a late checkout, but the staff didn't even check the possibility and simply said the hotel was fully booked. It would have been nice if they had checked before denying us. We were also overcharged at check out - we had paid for a half board, but were charged for dinner by mistake. We explained this to the hotel concierge, and they asked for a couple of hours to clear this up.

This was our first holiday as a new family, so it meant a lot to us. I tried contacting Palazzo Versace several times through various channels — phone, Hotels.com, email and WhatsApp — but I received no reassurance regarding whether a baby cot would be available in our room. The lack of response caused a great deal of unnecessary stress. For a 5-star hotel, I would have expected a much higher level of communication and customer service. Not replying at all is disappointing and does not reflect the standard I anticipated. In the room the lights kept flickering off and on by themselves. Very creepy!

There were several issues with the stay despite rated as 5 star hotel. The mattress was supposed to be king size 1 piece but we got two twin beds conjoined. Despite explaining to front reception that we are unable to sleep nothing happened for a day so we could not sleep for 2 days. Then, we called house keeping service who understood and was courteous and changed the mattress to 1 piece. Yet the quality of mattress and pillows were subpar. We did not get good sleep here at all. Due to a spa appointment at the hotel after checkout time, we requested for checkout time extension. They graciously agreed but still locked us out with card expired and we were in bath robe and locked out. It was a bit embarrasing and panicking to go to front reception like that. So, there was a miscommunication and that need to be sorted. Although they did renew the card promptly but definitely not a 5 star service. It seemed that they wanted us to be out soon. We checked the hotel immediately but was not happy. Front desk did not seem welcoming. They did not even ask at checkout time how was your stay. Not coming back here for sure.

Kettle was dirty and had particles floating. When asked housekeeping said they will call the manager but no follow up was done and everyone kept brushing the issue under the rug. One of the days housekeeping barged in only after ringing the bell once(we were taking our bath and after the first bell, 10 seconds later housekeeping opened the door) luckily we shouted at him to close the door. This happened at 6pm. Terrible experience and will never come back again

Ich entschiede mich noch 1 Nacht vor meinem Rückflug hier zu übernachten da dass Hotel unmittelbar am Flughafen ist (10 min Fahrtzeit). Ich kann mich nicht beschweren, die Lobby ist sehr schön und natürlich ist das gesamte Hotel im Versace Stil, was mir persönlich gefällt. Hotel hat 2 Pools, die Aussicht ist nicht wirklich traumhaft aufgrund der Lage. Macht aber nichts, ich komme gerne wieder!

We had stayed here before when there was a club if you were staying in a Club room. The Club was lovely with morning and afternoon tea and champagne and hors d'oeuvres in the evening. They have ceased the Club and now, even though the hotel is beautiful, the isolation from Downtown would make us choose another more convenient hotel. There is nothing in the neighbourhood within walking distance.

Palazzo Versace is another level, from the luxury of the lamps and furniture at the lobby to the beautiful and well put together room. It smells luxurious!! and the staff is so polite and respectful. There’s 3 pools and each is better than the last! The amenities are great. I was in such awe, the restaurants and are beautiful with delicious food.

I am so glad I stayed there. Such a lovely hotel. Grand and opulent. I got upgraded which was very nice of them. Had dinner at the Persian and at the Italian. Food at both restaurants was tasty. I had access to the ORO lounge because I was in a suite but that wasn’t worth much. You get 2 free drinks and nibbles before dinner. Breakfast had a vast variety of food. Would love to go back again.
