With a few exception of a girl in the morning shift the rest of the staff was rude and unhelpful . They forgot to clean the room, the AC in some rooms did not work and the towels were not changed. Far from the interest points.

The rooms were very clean. For U.S. visitors, the pillows are terrible! Very large squares and not what most Americans are used to. The curtains do not fully fit the windows and let extreme amounts of light in from the very bright entry lights. Very difficult to sleep with so much light in the room. No fan or AC, and if you open the windows you get cigarette smoke and noise from the front patio, entry way. No coffee pot or hot water kettle for instant coffee or tea. Nor, any complimentary coffee, tea or water offered without paying for a very high priced breakfast.

Nice hotel - does the job. Helpful that there was a 24hr desk so could check in at 23:30 after our flight was delayed. Online it says that there’s coffee and tea free, or in the room? Not entirely sure but there definitely wasn’t. Rooms are a good size with good blinds and good size bathroom. Pillows are very big. Cons of a dog friendly place was that a neighbour’s dog was barking from 6:30-8 every morning..? Where was the owner..? 20 min walk to a good subway station with long straight roads by some warehouses so felt pretty safe. Breakfast was fine - the bowls were absolutely tiny though! The staff were very hard working in the breakfast area. Agree with other reviews that the hotel is just fine.

Great hotel, clean, well maintained and easy to access by car. A very good value for the rate charged. The rooms are a bit small but beds are comfortable and a good amount of storage areas available in the room. They did over book the night we were there, but they were able to provide the room types we requested.
