Ventus Harbor Hotel

We stayed for 7 nights and were genuinely torn between a 4- and 5-star review. In the end, it’s a mix of great highlights and a few inconsistencies. Our room was beautiful, set right over the water, with absolutely stunning views. The staff were consistently friendly and made a real effort to accommodate any requests. A special mention to Chris at breakfast, who remembered our preferences each morning and provided excellent service. The receptions was also warm and helpful, especially when housekeeping was inconsistent. That said, there were a few areas that could be improved. Breakfast was hit or miss—some days it was excellent, while other times orders were incorrect or overcooked. Housekeeping was also irregular; sometimes the room was properly cleaned, other times only partial service was done. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return, but a bit more consistency in service would make a big difference.

Good size room, comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom and good shower. Fantastic view out to sea. Room 103 very private not over looked. Staff very friendly great service. Breakfast menu limited, but tasty food, but always just warm. Park on the bridge, much easier than finding a spot around the hotel.

Amazing location. Incredible experience. Super clean and comfortable Downsides. Advertised with a pool. It is full as they sell an entrance ticket to anyone. Breakfast is limited and not tasty. Staff could not tell us how to call a taxi, they told us to walk to the bus station!!!
