Kids running in the halls and I seems like the pool was opened at 8am on Sunday. Kids screaming. If we are back in that area we will not stay there again.

Breakfast service was horrible. Omelets were cold. Coffee was cold on first day. Sweet rolls unavailable each day of stay. I have stayed in this hotel for several years and this is disappointing. Ice machines gone from our floor. I needed ice for leg pain and had to go the first floor for ice -having difficulty walking. Accessible room is furthest from the elevator so long walk. I will have to check other hotels for my stays in the future.

Door Key Issue; The door lock battery was discharged, and in the morning, a lady from the staff had to accompany me to open the door with a master key. Unfortunately, when I returned to the hotel later in the day, the issue still hadn’t been resolved, even after 12 hours. I expected better service and quicker resolution of such a basic problem. This experience was quite inconvenient and disappointing

Pool area dirty. Old cigarettes buts piled high at pool entrace along with lighter suggesting it belongs to hotel staff. Pool was small. Zero shade anywhere from the sun. Trowable emergency flotation devices were in the water as if they were being used as pool toys. Hotel room had visibly dirty (light mud dried on tile) floors on the tile, i took a small wet towel and was able to wipe it off easily. Shower ceiling had copeous amounts of mold on the ceiling and edged of walls and near mirrors and above shower head. Bed sheets stained in several spots..Took pictures and showed them to hotel staff. They seemed concerened and listened to me but offered no solution or reimbursement or compensation. My suggestions. Try a newer hotel that may have better upkeep. This eas mot n what i expected from a Holiday Inn

Elevator was out again! This is a decent hotel that just needs a little more attention to employee behavior. The coffee ran out and no attendant around. I had to go looking for her. She wasn’t overloaded with cooking or cleaning tables. There were less than 10 guest having breakfast. She wasn’t hard to find because I could hear her and the other employees making a lot of noise visiting. I mean loud noise, like that made me jump when one of them laughed suddenly. Then she started vacuuming the dining room while people were eating. Just not a very professional way to do things in my opinion. And get the elevator fixed!

Elevator was not functioning during my stay. There was no advance indication of this problem with your facility. This 62 year old had to climb stairs to the third floor for a room. Shower drain cover left the drain half uncovered. No floor mat in bathroom the first night for when getting out of the shower to a tiled floor.

Rooms smelled stale, moldy and of sewer. Carpets were disgusting. Clerk did respond and sprayed air freshener in the carpet which was temporary, at best. Can not recommend.

I have stayed at this Hotel several times and had no complaints but this time it was a little disappointed. There were dead roaches in the room and hallway. The smoke detector in the room I was in had electrical tape covering it for some reason possibly holding it up. Last thing the breakfast had no orange juice or pancakes available both mornings

The hotel charged me three times for my hotel room on my debit card. I didn’t get the money back for 5 days, it caused me to go negative in my bank account and it ruined my vacation. I asked for half off my room and they wouldn’t honor that. There was a roach in my room. The breakfast lady got an attitude when we came down a 9:20. They close the free breakfast at 9:30. The only person worth anything was Linda and she’s covers the front desk at night. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn Express or IHG hotel again unless I have no other choice.
