I chose this hotel because it was close to San Antonio airport and had free shuttle service. Unfortunately, they only have service from 7am to 7 pm. Our flight was departing at 6:25 am, so we had to use Lyft for $23.99.

My truck was burglarized while staying at this property. They did not have enough cameras in place on the property to properly cover the parking lots so the burglars got away without the vehicle being identified. While completing the police report the officer told me this particular hotel parking lot is targeted on a regular basis. The hotel staff didn't seem to care at all and did not even offer an apology or any kind of assistance related to this matter. I definitely would never recommend this property to anyone.

My son and I visited San Antonio over Labor Day weekend. We loved this hotel because it was near the airport, it had a lovely swimming area, and it had a fully stocked kitchen. We went to Wal-Mart and got food and saved money cooking in the room, instead of going out to eat!

Hotel was clean and staff friendly, rooms were spacious and comfortable, surprised no breakfast but coffee was free and delicious, the only issue was safety/security, the morning after our first night my vehicle and another next to it where broken in and had our window broken, nothing was taken, was told by front desk and police they are looking for weapons and target pick up trucks, spent whole afternoon looking for place to replace window, then second night kept going out to parking lot every hour till 1:00 am to check out parking lot, morning front desk stated it is very common now and it might be more convenient to leave vehicle unlocked. I know its happening constantly in City of San Antonio at hotels and restaurants, but a security guard would help since there are is no fence around the establishment.

The staff are absolutely amazing, so accomodating and just generally kind. You really don’t find this in many places. I felt safe and comfortable here! Shuttle to and from airport, amazing. Little kitchen, so helpful. Bed, really comfy. Recliner chair, unexpected and loved! Pool was small but so nice! Washer and dryer is free for guest you just need you detergent. Staff, hands down the best! My flight to Australia was going to be later in the day, they allowed me a late check out, even when my flight was delayed yet again.

The bedroom was tip top, comfortable and spacious. The ammenities such as the pool, gym, business center and laundry room were accessible and made the stay feel just like home. On top of being a wonderful place to stay, the staff was helpful and friendly. Outstanding!

This Hotel was about 20 minutes to 25 minutes from everything that we had planned it's actually a 7 minute drive from the airport which we loved there are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. There is a Walmart that is 6 minutes a way and we enjoyed having a hotel that close to everything we needed. The rooms were clean and the thing I like most about the hotel is the laundry is free

Hotel is old and out dated. It smells sour and the toilet needs replacement. The plug out puts didn't work for charging phones. Furniture is stained. Need painting as well.

The hotel was dirty. To the pint that our feet were black from just walking around the room! The front desk clerks were rude and short. The bed sheets were stained with blood. It smelled horribly as soon as you walked in. We asked for toothbrushes and they told us we had to buy them. No problem. We go back to the room for our card and come back and they are "out". Horrible experience.

Staff were nice. The attendant at night that watched the parking lot seemed to be more of a lingering patron rather than a worker initially but was keeping a watchful eye. I asked the front desk if he was security or just a patron lingering and she informed me he was security. The bed did not have a comforter. Some updates need to be made on paint etc. the AC unit in bedroom never shut off even though I switched to off. The window was leaking when it rained heavy the first night there.

There were roaches in my room, when I informed the staff they informed me they couldn’t move me and they could try to bombed my room. When I returned there were dead roaches in my luggage and bed again, they couldn’t do anything to help. The AC unit was broken, the unit came off and on very loudly (literally woke me from my sleep), if it worked at all again once again once informed staff they could not do anything. The WiFi did not work well and the rooms were not clean. I have traveled allot being military and this was unexceptionable and I would not recommend to anyone until they fix this room. The management never returned my call nor tried to help in anyway.. I will not be going back and I hope the team actually does something about the investigation and broken AC unit before the next person.. It was room 211, please fix it!

We stayed here for a weekend in San Antonio. When we first go there, the lot was a little packed. Check in was relatively easy and the front desk was friendly. I liked that there was always someone available to talk to. The room itself was clean and the bathroom looked pretty good as well. The only complaint I had was finding a way to keep the bathroom door locked! You had to pull it up to align the door. Also the cable box was for some reason disconnected so for the first half of the day, I had no idea cable was available. I didn’t get to try the breakfast or pool but one of the greatest commodities was the free washer/dry. Just make sure to bring your own tide pods!

I would give the experience a 5 stars but i rate it a 4 1. When check in we had book a king bed suite and all they have was queen. 2 the wall are all scratched/ scuff up from wear n tear and haven't been repaint 3. The carpets looks old But the 1 room was clean 2. Room had some odor but it wasn't poor smelly 3. Hotel is in quiet area off yet near the freeway 4. Outside property looks clean n safe

Great customer service, it's actually my first time at this hotel and I'm usually in San Antonio every month. My main concern was the walls are so thin. I was checked it room 102 and it was the most horrible experience I had. A lot of stumping upstairs and I could hear conversations and the TV on the next door neighbor which the room was connecting room. I requested to be transferred to a different room that same day I checked in but the staff member said no because I was booked with a third party company. The following day I couldn't focus on doing work and school work, so I tried again and asked the front desk if I could be transferred and they let me transferred to the fourth level of the building and I had notified the staff that I was declined the first day I wanted to be move to a different room. The walls are very thin in this hotel, The only positive thing I could say is that I'm thankful that Sandra help me be moved to a different room that way I could sleep better and focus on doing work in school work.

I PREPAID 2 months in advance 2 king suites. Check in was at 3pm which we arrived at such time. Fist i was told the rooms were not ready and it would be "a few minutes more". After waiting 30 minutes when my daughter asked the front desk attendant how much longer it would be she was told "not anytime soon". I then approach the front dest to ask what was the hild up i was told the property actually only has 1 king suite and that Expedia apparently double booked the room so they actually sold me the room twice. The one king suite they had someone stayed the night before and had "decided to stay another night". But how is that allowed when i had PREPAID the room well in advance???? I had traveled for 5 hours with 5 small grandkids who were hot, tired and frustrated at this point. I told the guy to find me a room which we ended up with a standard queen room and a queen suite and was not offered a lower rate for the inconvenience. Again i PREPAID 2 king suites! Stayed 2 nights on Sunday check-out time was at 11am we were taking our belongings to our car at 10:15am and the cleaning ladies werealready in the room cleaning it out and we were not even done getting our things out! Will not stay here again!

I booked a king room , but was issued a queen. Receptionist told me that there was nothing she could do because there were no rooms available even though I reserved a king. She also said that since i booked with a third party i wasn't given priority and my room was issued to another guest. She also said that they probably overbooked. Will not be staying here again.

The first impression was that my room smelled. When I mentioned it to the staff, they said to just run the air conditioner for about 15 minutes because it's stale air. It took two hours of running the air conditioner before the smell disappeared. The room was otherwise okay and the staff was friendly. The hotel is built around a bunch of industrial crap. If you wanted an early breakfast or late dinner, you're out of luck anywhere nearby.

Refrigerator was extremely noisy, power kept going out in the room, tv only had limited channels, no kids entertainment, kitchen had no hot water, tub was dirty and hotel staff didn't want to provide extra blanket. They have NO breakfast!

This is a nice hotel - friendly staff at check-in. My wife was happy - it was clean & allowed our dog to stay with us. The area is down the street from the airport. I was skeptical, because it is on an "off street" from the highway. All good. There is no breakfast...but they do have a pantry and business center. The parking is convenient and there is no extra charge to park. The dog walking area is small & luckily, there is not much traffic on the crossing streets. The only negative thing is that the side door to walk out to the dog walking area does not open from the outside. The light goes off - but the door does not open. Several dog walkers were having trouble with it. Good place - recommended.

Comfortable stay. Fridge is provided in the room. I was able to wash a couple of shirts in the laundry room. Good Mexican restaurants nearby on Issom Road such as El Mariachi Loco and Santos Cafe. Unfortunately, no drinking water is offered in the room and the water is overpriced at 5 dollars a bottle for a large bottle. Such a pity.
