It's an excellent place for your budget. My stay in the hotel was great. The staff is accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was great and had a variety. The room is clean and well-maintained. The only down review is the carpark, which has limited availability and is on a first come, first serve basis.

One major inconvenience was the physical key. Very annoying when my wife and I had different schedule and the same key was being used to keep the lights on. Visiting other rooms without taking the key out was challenging.

A good hotel with nothing to complain about. The location is very nice, quiet and quite safe. I had to leave at 4 a.m., and the hotel staff kindly prepared a breakfast bag for me to take on my 50-minute drive to the airport, which was a thoughtful touch. I would recommend this hotel for short stays; I stayed for one night and had a pleasant experience.

I made a reservation for March 5, 2025, and arrived at the hotel around 5:30 PM after a long and exhausting journey with my family from Colombo. The road conditions were extremely poor, and the location is very remote, making the trip even more difficult. Upon arrival, there was no welcome or assistance. When I informed the staff that I had a reservation, I was told there was no booking under my name. I showed my reservation number to the property manager, yet they still insisted that no reservation existed. By this time, it was already dark, and we were unfamiliar with the area. We were left without a place to stay, with no support or solution offered by the hotel staff. We had to carry our luggage back to the car and leave, completely exhausted and distressed. No apology or assistance was provided. This was one of the worst and most upsetting experiences I have ever faced.
