Beautiful place, an oasis in the suburbs of Madrid. Lovely gardens, there was always a shaded area, nice pool, room was spacious, clean, good air con, nice bathroom and the most comfortable bed I've slept in, had the best nights sleep in years. I would go back just for the bed! The gentleman at reception was kind and helpful throughout our stay, we were allowed to leave our luggage in a safe area after check out and stay in the gardens until it was time for us to leave to catch our bus. Breakfast was good, lots of choice and all very tasty. A very very pleasant stay, and a very tranquil place to rest after a lot of travelling. 100% recommended. Thank you.

Fabulous hotel on the outskirts of Madrid about a 10 minute walk to a Metro Station that gets you into the centre of Madrid in around 25 minutes. Also the local bus to the Airport stops outside the Metro station as well. Clean, comfortable hotel with fast WiFi, a smart TV and a cosy double bed. Breakfast was included as well in the price. 10/10 for me. No faults whatsoever!!

there was some issue with the room I was gonna get so when I got there around 9pm to check in the receptionist told me there was no room for me. then he offered me to spend the night in the staff room without a bathroom . I Said yes because I had nowhere else to go nor spend the night at that time. The receptionist offered to gave me the money back and to let me stay in the staff room for the night which I did appreciate. I got 60 euros back and barely slept for 2 hours until around 6 am he came into the room and sent me to another room that got empty because someone just checked out mind you he told me I can shower there which I didn't because it wasnt cleaned. I have never experience something like this I felt very uncomfortable. I really dont wish anyone goes through this like I did at this hotel. it was not acceptable at all. The receptionist was nice but he kept on saying not to complain to Expedia because they could get in trouble, I told him I contacted Expedia and that's when he gave me the 60 euros back .

Loved the property. Close to airport. Room didn’t have a window which I didn’t mind cause it allowed me to sleep in. Shower pressure and temp was excellent.
