Close to subway stations, room is very small but functional for solo traveler who is out about busy sightseeing. Hotel is quiet and clean. For travelers who needed, remember there are no laundry or onsen in this hotel. This is my first time stay in an APA hotel, not sure if it’s the same with other APA hotels.

Conveniently located, can easily walk to Shimbashi area. However, non-smoking room still reeks of smoke. A/C is centrally controlled (too hot to close window, but when window is open, the outside air is too humid). Also, check-out is 10am.

Location is great especially if you buy the Tokyo Subway Pass (Toei lines). The Shinjuku, Asakusa & Hibiya lines are close and so is a JR station. Lots of convenience stores nearby & a supermarket too. There is also a microwave, vending machine and ice/water machine on second floor which is helpful especially in the summer. The only downside is there is not much to do around the area & the room is small so its hard to pack your luggage! But with the good price and location, it’s just something you accept.

Rooms were advertised as “with AC”, but it does not go below 69 degree in Fahrenheit in the thermometer (felt like 73-75 however) so it got pretty warm at nights and stuffy (given how small the rooms are). If you run hot and struggle sleeping in warm temperatures, i would not recommend this.

The room was clean and convenient, although a little on the small side; which is common in japan. The staff was helpful and polite. The best thing about this hotel is it's excellent location. There's a JR station and a Tokyo metro station available just a few minutes walking. Many of the major lines stop at those stations which makes this place ideal for sightseeing. The hotel has no laundromat, but there is one right next door. The only negative is that the hotel has no japanese public bath (sento); although this might not be an issue for someone who isn't interested.

Very accessible hotel just 10 minutes from the Tokyo Station. There are multiple konbini stroes just a few minutes away, restaurant options and multiple trains stations (metro and JR). It's in nice quiet area which is very appreciated when you come back from all the noise in the city centers. Hotel was clean and had enough space to put all of our luggae (2 carry ons and 2 25k). They left amenities every morning and cleaned the room every 3 days. I reccomend staying for a comfortable easy stay.

Check in was straight forward. You only get 2 bottles of water regardless how long you stayed. We stayed 4 nights. 2 bottles of water. They bring linen and hang it on your door if you don't ask them to service your room. Which led to me having multiple plastic bags in my room with excess towels and amenities. Then on the 4th night, without me hanging a sign to service my room, they entered and changed the linen. Trying to be eco friendly by not giving water bottles but stack the room full of towels and linen. Oh and cockroach killed in the hallway.

I’ve stayed here multiple times over the years and I’ve been extremely happy with my stay. I find the room slightly bigger than most Apa and this one is a non atrium style hotel which is great. The cleaning crew is top notch polite and fast. Linen is clean beds comfortable and pillows too. There are a lot of amenities and the breakfast at the Malaysian restaurant is worth every penny. This is my goto hotel for stays in Tokyo.

Located near several subway lines, this hotel was a great find! It's in a relatively quiet neighborhood with several conveniences within a 1-2 block radius, including a post office, several convenience stores, cafés, and even a small but well-stocked grocery store. The immediate area seems to be mostly textile-related businesses (a few shops but nothing overly exciting), office buildings, apartments and condos. Very few houses. There were a few Instagram-worthy spots (streetviews of the Tokyo Skytree, small local shrines, etc.) but no major attractions. The closest well-known area is Akibahara, which was about a 20-minute walk away. Walk a bit further and you'll reach the Ueno Zoo. The rooms were small but impeccably clean. They give you a bag of clean robes, towels and other items every day (even if you don't need them), and they do a deep clean every 3 days. If all the APA facilities are run the same, I'd be happy to book with them on my future visits!

I booked this hotel last minute after my previous accommodation did not meet my expectation. I’d heard of this brand before and my expectations were exceeded. The rooms are small and they do not hide this, but they are laid out very efficiently with room for luggage beneath the bed. It was also nice to see all of the amenities in the room and bathroom. Fast internet! I will definitely stay here next time I’m in the area.

honestly was good, very clean, def small. the bed touches two walls and is about two feet from the other two walls. This can kinda be seen in there photos but just no it’s tiny. Not a downside just something to be aware of. five minutes form at least two train stations. found moist of the places i wanted to see where at least 30 mins by train away. this was my first time in tokyo so i checked out the major attractions and parts of the city. good central location though

We had an amazing stay at the APA Hotel in Nihombashibakurocho. It was super convenient - close to a corner store (combini) as well as transportation. The receptionist lady also helped us to contact the cab service when my partner lost his phone during our stay. Despite the language barrier she did her very best to help us.

There were a few rough spots for this stay, specifically with the luggage storage and help with getting around it. We needed to store our luggage for 2 nights and asked the hotel and they simply said no, without offering any other options for us to use. One quick Google search later, we had a few options the staff could have made us aware of. In general there wasn't a ln attitude based on helping we have seen many times in the past in Japan, but rather just answering yes/no questions without any further details

I'd like to thank the property and in particular to Mr. Tanaka for having held my reservation for one day. All flights coming to Narita airport on Aug 16 were cancelled due to Typhoon Ampil, what made impossible for me to check-in on the expected date. I phoned the hotel to explain the problem and they guaranteed me that my reservation would be held. Besides, the hotel is well located between a JR train station (Bakurocho) and two subway stations (Bakuro-Yokoyama and Higashi-Nihombashi), the latter with direct access to Narita and Haneda airports. I would definitely stay in this hotel on a future travel to Tokyo.

If you want ask keep your laguage prior check in, you should use QR cord and web app to submit. However, you also need to keep submit page when you request your back return. Meaning you should take screen shot before you turn off your screen. This procedure was not introduced in my case and took few minutes to return my back.

Had a great stay. From day 1, the staff was very helpful! Needed 2 adapters and a micro-usb charger, they had it all and borrowed it to me with a smile. Not a single time did I go in and out of the hotel where they didn’t look up and greeted me. Really felt welcome. Great staff can make your trip so much better, so this APA hotel is highly recommended. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

This was the second APA hotel we stayed in. The property was clean and well maintained. The location for this hotel is quite good for access to transit. The immediate neighborhood is pretty residential so you do have to travel a little bit for entertainment or dinner, but it’s very well situated to go to many neighborhoods. It’s also quiet because of this. It’s an under 30 min trip on the metro to shinjuku, harajuku, Asakusa and ginza, so if you want to see all of those it’s a good location.

JR and Toei stations are less than 5 min away and metro is 10 min away, excellent location! Accommodation is very cozy, has everything you might possibly need, very clean and convenient. Also, if you bought too much, there are nearby spots selling very cheap luggage!

Purchased breakfast for 2 days thinking it was as the other 4 restaurants we stayed in Japan which were buffet style. We were Very disappointed with the breakfast they offered, very limited-only 4 choices. Coffee was powder-coffee in a carafe - horrible. For the 2nd day we got sick and asked the staff for the nearest clinic. They were very helpful and directed us to a hospital. On checking out the bags we asked if we can be reimbursed for the breakfast tickets not utilized due to illness. The front desk clerk went to ask management. Their response: once paid for the ticket they can not refund for the amount paid. Customer service should improve in this regard. The look of the hotel inside must improve: it is too dark not conducive to a peaceful feeling. Should brighten up.

とても綺麗でAPA然として安心感がある。狭いか狭くないかと問われると狭いと感じるが出張で寝るのがメインなのでほぼ気にならない。この近辺のアパはたくさんあり併設のレストランの種類で選ぶのも良いかもしれません。ちなみにこのホテルはマレー料理のお店です。ナシマレッがおすすめです。
