The positives: The staff is professional, kind, and very helpful. I would hire all of them in a Heartbeat. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The beds are comfortable. On the negative side: no shower in room, sink is in the room as opposed to behind a wall. The soap, moisturizer and all one expects in a bathroom is not there. There are little packages that you have to take from the front desk. Also, the wallpaper is peeling from walls. Carpet is awful and uncomfortable. Very very cheap.

Breakfast was outstanding! The room was spotless and well-designed although small. The amenities bar in the lobby is a brilliant concept and the variety was amazing. The area is very interesting, and the proximity to the metro makes it quite ideal.

Excellent hotel in great location and very clean! Really perfect when travelling with a baby as they offer separate baby cribs which are hard to find in Japan. The hotel was extremely clean and the neighbourhood had lots of parks and great eatery options around.
