お部屋が新しく綺麗でした駅からも歩ける範囲夕食は、定食屋さんは早めにしまりますが居酒屋の飲み屋は沢山あるので助かりました　ホテルの線路渡って向かいに駐車場が8台あり安く停めることができました　薬局も歩いて行ける範囲にありました一つ残念だったのがトイレが汚かった清掃して下さい（ノズル）

スタッフの方々は、丁寧な接客でした。お部屋も清潔感があり、広さも十分だった。だだ、ロビーが狭く、宿泊客が同じ時間帯にチェックインするとごった返す感じ。ホテル前の駐車場も狭く、ワンボックスカーは、離れた駐車場を案内された。晴れの日は気にならないが、雨の日はちょっと不便を感じるかな。

壁とベッドの間の隙間に、大量のワタゴミと思われるものが大量に見られた。靴磨きの備品が真っ白ではなく、かなり黄ばんでいた。とても、さわれないほど、不衛生だった。バスルームが狭くて、天井が低い。バスルームに入るとき、かなり圧迫感がある。駅から遠い。踏切を渡らなくてはならない。時間のロス。夜遅くまで、電車の騒音がある。

出張が多く普段も色々な地域でアパホテルを利用させて頂いておりますが、清掃が行き届いておらず非常に汚かったです。建物が古いのは理解できますが、こんなに美化状況が悪いアパホテルは初めてでした。但し従業員さんの接客はとても良く、気持ちは相殺されましたが、「また行こう」とは思いませんでいた。今後別の地域でもアパホテルを利用する際「また汚いのではないか…」と不安になります。

設備や接客対応は問題なく、線路脇のホテルでしたが音などは全く気にならない程静かでした。そんなに新しくないホテルだと思うので仕方ないのですが、水回り（シャワーカーテン）の汚れと臭いが少し気になりました。我慢できない程ではなかったので言いませんでした。

It was alright, about what I expected when I booked it. It's a little far of a walk from the nearest Hachiōji station, but on weekends there's a bus that can drop you off pretty close to this hotel and vice versa. However on Weekdays I don't believe that's the case so you'll have to walk the whole way to the station most likely, so heads up if you're traveling in summer. The hotel was pretty nice, the room is a bit small if you get a single room but it's enough for a day or two stay. Walls are a little thin so you might hear your neighbors. Overall was decent 3/5 hotel, staff was good 4/5.

部屋が狭くて、エアコンがあるものの全室一律のタイプでしかも夏冷房、冬暖房のみ。窓が二重のため鉄道沿いにありながら外からの騒音はよく防いでいますが隣室の生活音や話し声は響きます。またこいう密室タイプのため、ユニットバスで入浴した後で涼む事ができず汗をかきますし、かといってエアコンを止めて長時間経つと酸欠で息苦しくなります。フロントの対応や清掃スタッフは丁寧で素晴らしいと思います。今回たまたま料金が安かったので初めてアパを利用しましたが、今後また利用するかどうかは難しいです。

駅から結構遠くて歩いて15分かかります。雨で荷物が多かったのでちょっと大変。帰りは駅までタクシーを使い、1,000円でした。禁煙室をお願いしたのですが、ほのかにニコチンの匂いがして、タオルもタバコ臭がしました。ベットは快適でした。

ホテルそのものには問題御座いません。スタッフの対応も適切であり、室内も清潔で静かでした。私が不便さを感じたのは立地です。駅から遠く、コンビニなどの買い物する店が遠い為、年配者には厳しく感じました。特に京王八王子駅からは非常に遠く感じた次第です。車で行く分には問題はないと思います。

子供連れで喫煙のへやしかネット予約時にはなかったのでやむなく喫煙部屋にしましたが、電話をくれてお子様いるなら禁煙のお部屋ご用意できますといわれてうれしかった。線路のそばで遮断機がかなりの頻度でなるのでそれがうるさかった。朝ごはん安くて美味しかった。

My wife and I booked a room in this hotel for a one-night stay to make our trip to Mt. Takao easier the next day. In terms of that, it was fine. Mt. Takao is just two stops away and we were able to get started nice and early thanks to this hotel. The price was good, especially because I booked it last minute. The breakfast buffet was also quite affordable and pretty good (the food was at convenience store quality, but in Japan that means it wasn't bad at all). The staff had some ability to use English and I had some Japanese, so communication was fine, but I am not sure how it would be if you had no Japanese. However, the room itself was a bit uncomfortable. The pillows are not soft at all and the room was a bit cramped for two people. I have stayed in other budget hotels and the layout of the room was a little better. The hotel is about a ten minute walk from Hachioji station, which isn't too bad, but the area around Hachioji is pretty sketchy at night. All-in-all, I can recommend this hotel, but there are probably more comfortable places closer to the station.
