Taille de la chambre correcte. Salle de bain avec wc un peu petit. Petit déjeuner correcte et choix suffisant, viennoiseries fraîches. Hotel calme avec parking fermé et sécurisé. Micro-ondes à disposition, machine à boissons chaudes et snaking. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Bonne isolation des chambres peu de bruit Par contre certaines peintures sont cloquées ou détériorées Parking petit si vous arrivez trop tard c'est dehors sur la piste cyclable (moyen) Par contre personnel très agréable très serviable (aussi bien le réceptionniste que les femmes de ménages adorables) Bon séjour dans l'ensemble

We checked in at 0030 so reception was closed which was expected. The message from the hotel gave me a code to use to gain entry. At the hotel I was faced with a check in computer asking for my name and reservation number . After 20 minutes I could not find a reservation number it would accept We used the intercom to speak to someone and got the reservation number. Using this we ‘eventually ‘ got the door to open after about 5 attempts. The code sent by the hotel was infact the reservation number . A simple change in language could have assisted here . Without my message to the hotel prior to travelling this code would not have been sent or available - so despite not knowing this code was the reservation number - how are you supposed to find that out if you don’t know you need it till 0030 when you are tired and trying to check in. It was a poor check in process which even asked for around 2€ in payment and if we wanted breakfast etc . Can you imagine at 0030 if I want this - we just wanted to get to bed not be questioned A very poor system

This hotel is a bit off the beaten track, however, in this instance was just what we wanted as needed a quick start the following morning to head for our Ferry. Difficulty in signing in via electronic system meant had to wait for the mahager to open the reception and check-in person to person. Had an issue with the shower flooding the bathrom as water flowing quicker than the outlet could deal with. Didn't cause to much of an issue as the manager provided buck and mop along with lots of towels to dry floor. Whilst the hotel is iisolated in a commercial area there are a number of eateries in the vicinity.

Nice simple hotel we stayed at on our way to Disneyland very clean and comfortable room. Only criticism I have was the check in on the machine was a bit longwinded as it’s not as straight forward as you like

Séjour sympa dans un bon hôtel. La propreté n'est pas à son maximum mais en même temps, vu le nombre de chambres qu'il y a. Le personnel est gentil. Le petit déjeuner continental pourrait être plus copieux. Hôtel bien situé.

Séjour de 3 jours ….et aucun contact avec le personnel de service. 2 personnes à l’accueil mais je ne sais pas pourquoi Hygiène très limite de la chambre (bouche VMC sale, grille climatisation sale, wc souillé de tartre). Hôtel qui mériterait un bon rafraîchissement Absence de papier hygiénique à l’arrivée, store fenêtre arraché. On demande trop ? Parking trop petit, les retardataires se garent sur la piste cyclable ! 86 euros avec petit déjeuner = beaucoup font mieux Vous êtes prévenu

Other guests in thw corridor making noise and shouting all night. Hotel sent instructions to check in which were incorrect. Beside light broken and other side didnt work.

Bonjour, depuis mes dernières réservations à plusieurs reprises mon lit n'a pas été fait alors qu'il n'y avait aucune affaires personnelles dessus. J 'ai fait remonter l'information. Dernière résa ascenseur en panne et bruit dans les chambres et couloirs jusqu'à tard dans la nuit provoqués par un groupe scolaire apparemment.

Hotel in area with no where to eat drink after 9 pm. Only a small double bed so no room to sleep comfortably. Weird decor in room pretending to be middle earth (they actually gave us a certificate to say we slept in middle earth) 🤔🤔 showers good and clean but wouldn’t stay again. Parking was free in station car park with ticket from hotel which was a bonus

All B&B hotels do exactly as they say on the tin - no fuss, basic.. Clean, tidy and sparse so its ok for a stopover. A bit of a walk into town which was practically deserted, where are all the people at 6pm on a lovely sunny day? Tv with no option for anything in English so for a solo traveler, a bit dissapointing

All Ok but one of the beds did not have a duvet cover on it. Not so much of a problem as the room was very hot and the fan/air conditioner... didn't. Just be aware that we were on an upper floor and there were no restrictions on opening the window and you could easily have climbed out to a 40 foot drop. If traveling with younger children that might be a concern (We were in a family room).

The check in process was really easy using the machine at the front. We got an email explaining how to use it if staff weren’t around. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. The breakfast options were very limited. The rooms are very « bare bones », there is no hair dryer, or mini fridge, or little coffee station in the room. Limited supplies in the room, one small garbage can, and only a partial roll of toilet paper when we arrived. Overall, it’s a good option for one person or a short trip.

Hôtel proche du musée Louvre Lens, à ne pas rater, cadre champêtre, architecture et oeuvres superbement mis en valeur. Ter 40 min ds coeur de Lille, pour un weekend sans bouchon formidable.

Très bon accueil. Personnel disponible et très aimable. Chambre et salle de bains assez spacieux pour un couple - animal de compagnie bien reçu. Grand parking gratuit. Hotel bien situé, pas trop de bruit des voies routières sur côté nord de l’hotel. Restaurant Crocodile tout près. Musée Lens à 800m. Enfin ratio qualité/prix correcte - Client satisfait!

Without my message to the hotel prior to travelling this code would not have been sent or available - so despite not knowing this code was the reservation number - how are you supposed to find that out if you don’t know you need it till 0030 when you are tired and trying to check in. It was a poor check in process which even asked for around 2€ in payment and if we wanted breakfast etc . Can you imagine at 0030 if I want this - we just wanted to get to bed not be questioned A very poor system
We checked in at 0030 so reception was closed which was expected. The message from the hotel gave me a code to use to gain entry. At the hotel I was faced with a check in computer asking for my name and reservation number . After 20 minutes I could not find a reservation number it would accept We used the intercom to speak to someone and got the reservation number. Using this we ‘eventually ‘ got the door to open after about 5 attempts. The code sent by the hotel was infact the reservation number . A simple change in language could have assisted here . We enjoyed this hotel. We used it as it was close to the Canadian National Vimy Memorial, was easy to take an Uber to it from there. The hard part was trying to get a ride back, no taxis were available but eventually Uber came through. The area is a little less tourist oriented so the people don’t really speak a lot of English, so bring your translator app, that worked well for us. Everyone was nice and we had fun with it. It’s also just down the street from the Lens Louvre. Would stay again.

All B&B hotels do exactly as they say on the tin - no fuss, basic.. Clean, tidy and sparse so its ok for a stopover. A bit of a walk into town which was practically deserted, where are all the people at 6pm on a lovely sunny day? Tv with no option for anything in English so for a solo traveler, a bit dissapointing

This hotel is a bit off the beaten track, however, in this instance was just what we wanted as needed a quick start the following morning to head for our Ferry. Difficulty in signing in via electronic system meant had to wait for the mahager to open the reception and check-in person to person. Had an issue with the shower flooding the bathrom as water flowing quicker than the outlet could deal with. Didn't cause to much of an issue as the manager provided buck and mop along with lots of towels to dry floor. Whilst the hotel is iisolated in a commercial area there are a number of eateries in the vicinity.

Disappointing for a BB hotel. Just a grin and shrug when struggling with the Wi-Fi which requires SMS. Just a grin when hot breakfast ran out 2 hours before end of advertised time. Worst of all the shower tray drain was completely blocked which should have been noticeable when cleaning. This resulted in a messy flood. Expect better from this brand

The check in process was really easy using the machine at the front. We got an email explaining how to use it if staff weren’t around. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. The breakfast options were very limited. The rooms are very « bare bones », there is no hair dryer, or mini fridge, or little coffee station in the room. Limited supplies in the room, one small garbage can, and only a partial roll of toilet paper when we arrived. Overall, it’s a good option for one person or a short trip.

Took me a minute as I've never checked in with a hotel computer before but it was easy. They offered a breakfast with good choices as well. We enjoyed dinner both nights at the Au Bureau Pub, it was a close walk and had great food.

I would start by saying I am not the fussiest when it comes to cleaning but our room was in terrible condition when we arrived. It was obvious that the floors hadn't been cleaned in a long time as there were dust bunnies under the desk area and bathroom sink- i was afraid to look under the bed! I had to clean the toilet before we could use it as it was stained terribly. The pillow case was inside out which made me wonder if that's what they did instead of changing them. The hot food at breakfast (scrambled eggs and bacon) were barely cooked - the eggs were soupy. Staff were nice and the automated check in worked well.
