SUN & MOON, Urban Hotel

Most inflexible hotel in town. Policy is more important then guests wellbeing.

My third hotel in Cambodia and it was the best I stayed at. The room was spacious, clean, and the staff were very helpful. It was easy to arrange transportation to the airport. I didn't use the amenities or go to the roof top which I sort of wish I had. My room faced the street and I didn't hear any street noise from my room once the parties from the Khmer New Years celebrations calmed down. Seems to be a quiet street any other time of the year. Great location. Close to many sites and easily walkable. One invaluable bonus was they had a hot and cold water bottle refilling station in the lobby.

This is my 3rd stay at thr Sun & Moon Urban hotel, great location, great staff, just an all round plesent stay experience. When l come to Phnom Penh again, it's my first choice for accommodation. Thank you.

Nice place and property, very uncomfortable and old pillows. Cleanliness can be greatly improved.

Great location, amazing spa great food and fantastic service. The only reason I cannot give a 5 star review is due to cleanliness. Rooms are not as clean as one would wish for
