Propreté irréprochable. Esprit de service également, ça nous a bien dépanné. Le seul regret c'est une trop grande éco-responsabilité. Température trop basse, que ce soit chauffage ou eau chaude. La salle petit déjeuner devait être à 18° le premier matin.

L'accueil et le monsieur de la réception était tout simplement parfait ! Gros coup de cœur pour ce monsieur qui a un très bon sens du service et très agréable. L'emplacement parfait et peu bruyant. Les locaux sont aérés et bien décorés. Une petite panne de courant au réveil à déranger un peu notre planning du matin mais ce n'est pas de votre faute. Pour information, le téléphone ne fonctionne pas pour appeler l'accueil. Petit déjeuner bien mais pas d'une grande qualité (surtout la charcuterie).

Je suis arrivée le jour de remplacement des lits et ai bénéficié d'une literie neuve. La chambre était tres bien, la salle de bains un peu petite. Possibilité de dîner dans des pots réchauffés excellents servis en chambre. Point faible : le petit-déjeuner peu qualitatif. J'aurais aimé des fruits et des jus de fruits frais. Autant prendre un café en chambre (machine et dosettes fournies)

Katastrophal. Wurde in einem Behindertemzimmer untergebracht. Trotz Ausschreibung bei booking ohne Teppichboden, ohne Schreibtisch, ohne Kaffeekapseln trotz Maschine und vieles andere mehr. Bin nur eine Nacht geblieben. Werde klagen, um die anderen 3 bezahlten Nächte erstattet zu bekommen!

Absolutely horrible we didn’t have AC for 4 hours and they have bed bugs. We left and they refused to give us a refund…. Do not stay here, the rooms are small and it is not in a good part of versalies

Très bon séjour au sein de cet hôtel. Uniquement une nuit pour affaire. Mise à disposition d’une machine à café dans la chambre ainsi qu’un livret suggérant les activités et restaurants à proximité Je recommande.

Great hotel very close to the train station. The gentleman at the desk is very helpful and kind. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked nice when we went up for a coffee. Highly recommend staying here.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. The staff is amazing and so considerate. Everyone at this hotel was friendly, welcoming, and extremely professional. This is a good place to stay if you don’t want to be in a very busy area but also close to Versailles. Overall, I would stay here again and thank you for giving my family and I such a wonderful first time visit to France.

Quiet, clean with excellent multi-lingual staff and a decent breakfast. Far enough away from the Chateau to be quiet but felt a little barren at night. Across the street from the Versailles Chantiers train station and lots of eclectic eating options.

L'accueil et le monsieur de la réception était tout simplement parfait ! Gros coup de cœur pour ce monsieur qui a un très bon sens du service et très agréable. L'emplacement parfait et peu bruyant. Les locaux sont aérés et bien décorés. Une petite panne de courant au réveil à déranger un peu notre planning du matin mais ce n'est pas de votre faute. Pour information, le téléphone ne fonctionne pas pour appeler l'accueil. Petit déjeuner bien mais pas d'une grande qualité (surtout la charcuterie).

Je suis arrivée le jour de remplacement des lits et ai bénéficié d'une literie neuve. La chambre était tres bien, la salle de bains un peu petite. Possibilité de dîner dans des pots réchauffés excellents servis en chambre. Point faible : le petit-déjeuner peu qualitatif. J'aurais aimé des fruits et des jus de fruits frais. Autant prendre un café en chambre (machine et dosettes fournies)

Great little hotel, well positioned for exploring Versailles old town as well as the chateau etc. We drove but it is right by the station . Nice and quiet. Good breakfast. Lovely staff.

Bonne literie, par contre le petit déjeuner est moyen par rapport au prix, peu de fruit et si vous prenez votre ptit dej à 6 heures, il faudra vous contenter de pain de mie.

Hotel nella media con posizione ottima per viaggiare ,molto pulito grande gentilezza del personale. Unico problema stanza un po' piccola e bagnetto piccolo non comodissimo per persone dal fisico imponente

Our room was very comfortable and spacious, with a generous sized comfortable bed. Bathroom was compact, but perfectly clean and quite usable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who checked us in. It would benefit guests if there was a small fridge in each room, but the staff are happy to let guests use the breakfast room fridge at the moment. Handy location a few minutes walk from Versailles Chantier station, and close to a supermarket, good bakeries and restaurants. There is also a good laundrette less than 10 minutes walk away.

The hotel description states that parking is available on the street, but this was not the case during our stay. Finding parking was much more difficult than expected, which was disappointing. We also found the balcony to be dirty, with cigarette ash and cigarette butts left behind, making it unpleasant to use. That said, it’s a shame because the rest of our experience was quite positive. The room was small but comfortable, clean, and nicely maintained. The location is the hotel’s biggest strength—it’s within walking distance of both the Palace of Versailles and the city center, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. With better attention to the balcony’s cleanliness and more accurate information about parking, this hotel would be an easy recommendation.

Super accueil, bel établissement très propre, chambres bien équipées et déco moderne. sympa le café "joyeux" et la citronnade à l'arrivée. nous n'avons pas testé le petit dej qui a priori est composé de produits locaux et de qualité; ça sera pour la prochaine fois. stationnement aisé dans les rues alentours et à seulement 1kms du chateau.
