We stayed for two nights to do some shopping. Check-in was long - we waited quite awhile for someone with system access to complete this process. A maintenance personnel kindly attempted to do the check-in process while we waited. The room had an unusual odour. Possibly stale smoke? Overall room as nicely equipped with a kitchenette and large washroom and closet. Very clean, beds were comfy. The onsite “store” was also well equipped. Very quiet, quality sleep. Pool area was nice. I would stay again but ask for nonsmoking room.

Suites have a full kitchenette which was a game changer for our trip. Outdoor pool and outdoor amenities available made it feel like we were at a resort! Only negatives (which did affect our stay); WiFi is unsecure and unreliable. Cable TV service does not permit any pay per view options so you are stuck with only a few cable channels to browse.

Hotel is looking a bit tired. Scratching and wear marks around the halls and elevator. Our room #201 had damage to the woodwork and door in the bathroom and the drains in the bathroom tub and sink did not drain properly.

We stopped on our way through the area and just needed a place to rest our heads. Property was clean but a bit worn. Staff were excellent. We were surprised to get a kitchenette in our room which is always a bonus if you spend more than one night. It was very quiet. Bonus - the bedroom window opened just a couple inches, always nice to get some fresh air.

There are, frankly, not any great hotels near the Grove City outlet malls. This is one of the better ones. Facilities are good, but cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. There were crumbs on the nightstand and a chair when we checked in and kitched counter was also dirty. Disappointing.

the floor was filled with animal hair, the bed sheets were wrinkled as if somebody had uas them before. the walls were infested with stink bugs, the shelves in the bathroom were dusty and the coffee pot was fifthy. As a gold member we requested to change to a better cleaned room and was satisfied , but we will not stay in this hotel in future

Overall not bad as far as the room itself goes. It was as clean as you would expect and the staff was very nice. However this hotel is very loud. You can hear the people above stomping around and echos through the hallways and even outside. I’ve stayed in many hotels and never had an experience like that as far as noise goes. I happened to stay on a pretty packed weekend it seems, so take that with a grain of salt. I am not the type of person to complain or even leave reviews, but just wanted to let anyone know who might want to stay here that I’d recommend requesting the top floor. The staff is great and the room was clean and nice for the price point, so no complaints there!

The lady at check in was not very friendly. The room was nice. The refrigerator wouldn’t close properly and the air conditioner made a squeaky noise which continuously woke me up throughout the night. The room was not cleaned every day. No fresh towels. Beds not made every day. Best part of this hotel is the restaurant next door that you can walk to. The younger lady at checkout was friendly.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the cleaning crew were also super friendly. Our room had several issues, the toilet constantly ran and the plunger had to be pressed down every flush. The sink in the kitchen leaked and a towel had to be placed under it to stop the leaking on the floor. The window in the living room area had a large crack in it. Also the water reaked of chlorine. The two beds in the bedroom were very comfortable but the pull out couch was terrible. There was plenty enough pillows for everyone and just enough blankets if you kept the room warm enough. I'm also not sure if the fridge had a leak, but there was a definite puddle of water under the crisper drawers. Overall we were pretty satisfied and if I could stay here again I would. I would likely wait for a discount though.

Everything was great except the condition of the bathroom. It desperately needed to be renovated. It was clean and worked, but the shower spout and shower head desperately need replacing and look like they could fall off at any moment.

This is a toss up. The room was well set up for extended stays: stove top, dishwasher, microwave & full size fridge. Bed was just OK but quite soft. Shower was very good. And actual hot water! But maintenance was lacking. The tub didn't drain well (water was ankle deep in a 5 minute shower). Half the cutlery was missing. 1 kitchen cupboard door was almost falling off. The microwave light/nightlight didn't work. The little coffee maker carafe hadn't been rinsed out. And both night & morning desk staff acted like they'd just had a paycut.

This is a newer hotel in great condition. The room and the bed were comfortable. I wish I’d noticed they don’t offer breakfast. Coffee in the lobby costs $1. Sasquatch was in the room above me, a real stomper. I recommend a room on the top floor as the ceilings seem thin.

Rooms were quiet despite being 1 door from the lobby. Somewhat clean, the bathroom floor was sticky, but the kitchen items were very clean. Where the rating is demoted is customer service. When getting up early in the morning, I asked the attendant if we could stay 1 more night, as our work plans changed and I saw online there were rooms available. He seemed really annoyed that I had asked. At first, he told me the same room type was not available, and when I asked about other room types, he then said there were no rooms available. I could have booked online, but his attitude had me booking at the hotel next door.

The front desk attendant (Annie) was exceptionally rude to my husband at check in. I had called ahead and paid for the room before he arrived. I gave the person on the phone his name and our conversation was very pleasant and efficient. When my husband arrived, Annie insisted the room had not been paid for, and was rude to my husband when he told her it was. We will think twice before staying at this hotel again.

The property was well kept, and staff was courteous. The only issue was when we were checking out and they charged us for the stay again, though the stay was prepaid through Expedia. I could have easily missed the charge but for the live text notification of CC charge. The other 2 families who booked with us got charged again but didn't notice the charge. My recommendation would be to check your invoice before you leave the facility.

Having a suite with the kitchenette is always very convenient. Not much staff around but when we needed stuff we got it place was clean. Lots of restaurants and walking distance and close to outlet. Also dog friendly so definitely coming back.

We booked two adjoining rooms because we had 7 family members celebrating my mom's 81st birthday. We love how spacious the suites are. We also love how conveniently located the hotel is to the outlet shopping. We also enjoy dinner at the Timber Creek restaurant. We like that we can walk to the restaurant from the hotel.

I like that they have rooms with separate bedrooms and 2 TVs for privacy of bigger parties. Kitchen included -- well appointed. We cooked eggs and helped us get on the road in the morning. Nice 'area' to buy food and free coffee in the lobby 24 hours.

The was no free breakfast even though the room was more expensive than places that offer breakfast. There's a store where you can buy stuff to eat, but its pretty limited and expensive. The coffee is free.
