This was our first time staying here and we loved it. It was clean, beautiful and the rooms are very spacious. The only downside to this place is the pool area is small and the parking is horrible. But the building itself and the staff are absolutely amazing! I will definitely recommend this place to others.

We were surprised upon checking in that the pool was out of order. Not a surprise anyone wants when they booked precisely in order to swim. The front desk was extremely kind and offered a shuttle to their other property a few blocks away to use that pool. We decided to drive our car but when we arrived it was awfully confusing how to access pool. So inconvenient and unnecessarily shocked with the change in plan. ORBITZ should do better in reporting real live hotel conditions - including maintenance and construction!

The property was in good shape and had most of what people want when traveling. Located next to the mountainside, and it was easy to find. It offered a heated pool and hot tub. Housekeeping services did a good job, and they were very pleasant when we encountered them in the hallway. A few notable items could make it even better. Housekeeping left the large window open after cleaning instead of lowering the privacy blind. Being on the lower level, this was not ideal since you could see everything inside our room. The hot tub was stained and not very clean. Many small floaties were circulating in the water, making it a bit less inviting. Periodic skimming would have been appreciated. The ability to turn on a small nightlight in the bathroom would have been good. The rooms get nice and dark at night, which we appreciated, but if you need to get up in the middle of the night, it was treacherous. Overall, very pleased with the facilities.

Two things were the main disappointments . The hot tub was not hot.. barely lukewarm, we were not told about this, big disappointment. They charge 11 per person for a basic breakfast that would be free anywhere else Property was clean and felt very safe

We have stayed at this property multiple times; however, I won't be going back. The pool was closed due to vandalism, they now charge for the breakfast, the hotel did not have enough parking spaces for guests. Ultimately, the value does not add up compared to VRBO accommodations.

From the listed amenities and photos I expected a decently stocked bar. What we got was a bar with a few cold bud lights, which were gone quickly, and two choices of wine. I wanted whiskey and the bar did have bottles on display (as in the photos), but the bottles were props and were empty. Be honest... A small stock of beer, a couple of wine selections, and some empty display bottles is not a bar.

Unfortunately we didn’t see that cats weren’t allowed as the front page just read it was pet friendly. Lora confronted us in a rude and aggressive manner and started comparing bringing a cat as bringing a horse or a turtle and she didn’t want to help us solve the issue in any way (our money spent was just a waste). Also the room had ants. The food was expensive compared to the size of the portion (even one of the employees told us that we could get much better food outside of the hotel for half the price). Never stepping foot there anymore!

When we entered our room it smelled like a dump! We did tell front staff and they did get someone to go and fix the smell issue right away which was great. I have stayed at the Hyatt Place for years and I’m sad that they now charge for breakfast… if I wanted to pay $11 per person for breakfast, might as well go to a nicer breakfast spot than a hotel breakfast. Other than that we love the facility. It’s very clean and the heated pool is nice.

the room and hotel looked so nice, and we were so pleased until it came to night time. there was something in the walls, and there was a constant rustling/settling noise. our door was also built very poorly, and the entire bottom was open, meaning we could hear every conversation in the whole hallway, as well as the elevator. not to mention we found someone’s pubic hair in the bathroom. we went home early, and stopped at breakfast before we left and were severely disappointed. overall, we expected with our payment something much better, and have been to hyatts before, but this was truly unfit. i hate to be a karen on here too, but i wanted others to be warned.

The Hyatt Place Park City was one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we travel quiet a lot. It was extremely well-kempt and clean in all areas, inside and out, even though there was some construction currently going on. The breakfast was by far the best we had ever seen in a hotel breakfast. There were tons of choices for any appetite with some different items daily. It was always fresh and well stocked no matter what time you arrived. They also had appetizers in the evening that were different every day and music on Friday. The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful, especially Dawn. She was extraordinarily pleasant (and loved our dog). They were very accommodating in regards to our traveling with a dog also, making sure to put us on the first floor as requested. We would definitely recommend staying in this hotel and are already thinking about another visit next year.

The front desk agent was sarcastic and unhelpful. She spoke sooo fast and threw so much info into one breath that I had to ask her a couple of times to repeat herself and she responded sarcastically and with exasperation. We arrived late at night after a very long drive and they put us in the absolute farthest room upstairs without any convenient elevator access. I had to push a large cart by myself and she didn’t offer any help. The room itself smelled weird, had some mold/grime/broken caulking in the shower, was missing a lamp, had an alarm clock that wasn’t plugged in and didn’t even have a power cord and didn’t work, had a really noisy A/C-Heater that rattled everytime it came on and finally, there wasn’t a single USB port to charge our phones. They said not all the rooms had been upgraded for power cords yet. And their TV channels sucked. No streaming options. Every other hotel we stayed at on this trip had streaming options and USB ports. On the plus side- there are free s’more kits and the shower had really good water pressure

The property is in a good location, close to Canyons ski lift. We have stayed at this hotel in the past. It seems to have gone "downhill". Room seemed to be clean overall, however after check-in we checked the mattress and the mattress pad was dirty with hair and dead bugs. We immediately asked the staff to change with new pad and sheets, which they did. Otherwise quiet room with nice layout. The common areas and hallways need to be updated: carpets cleaned and walls painted. Coffee area is small and difficult to maneuver, and seating area small and not comfortable. Staff were reasonably nice, though not overly friendly.

The breakfast was scheduled to go until 10 a.m., we went down at 9:30 and everything was picked over and there was no one replenishing the breakfast items, nor were there any forks. Very spacious and comfortable room. Bed was very comfortable and enjoyed quiet at night and blackout blind. Also enjoyed the jacuzzi after skiing and the city bus stop in front of the hotel and the shuttle service to Canyons. Breakfast was complete and reasonably priced. Wish dinner selections were greater than sandwiches, burger and salads. Not having a car I either took the bus to Main Street restaurants in Park City or ate at the hotel.

I usually stay at this hotel when in town for business - great location. Unfortunately, the beds need to be replaced as this is the second time I've stayed where the mattress sags on the side most commonly used. This sagging causes a very uncomfortable night sleep with back pain in the morning. I hope the hotel can replace these mattresses as I don't think I'll be staying there again until they can confirm my room will have a newer mattress.

Clean and comfortable. Upstairs guests were a little noisy in the morning but that’s not the hotels fault. We couldn’t get the WiFi to work even with calling the front desk and then tech support, but it wasn’t a huge deal for us.

We've been using Hyatt for most of our special occasions for our entire 10 year relationship. Probably will not going forward due to downgrading our room upon arrival for what was a very special occasions without willing to offer anything to make up for it, not even a simple extra hour for check out was granted. Sad the way they decided to treat a loyal customer.

A beautiful place to stay. Very peaceful and quiet. The rooms are comfortable, and it is a couple of miles from the most well known places in Deer Valley. Very reasonably priced compared to most of the properties nearby.

We had such a great stay here! The room and rest of the building were clean and well maintained. The kids loved the pool, the breakfast was fantastic, and the location was perfect - right in between the outlets and main street. Would definitely stay here again!

Friendly staff, very clean, Charging for Breakfast after paying to stay ???. Go up the road a little and try out the park city roadhouse grill, ate late lunch there then breakfast the next morning. Overall good stay.

The breakfast and evening snack were both very limited and not very good. The on-site restaurant was closed which would have been nice to know beforehand. The staff was nice but didn’t know what they were talking about- the first night I was told there were no cocktails available with takeout, but my last night the manager told me that was incorrect and I could have been getting cocktails the whole time. I did enjoy the takeout pizza. The property was clean. I didn’t get in the pool but it looked nice.

We were there for a wedding. Te hotel was very conveniently located my only complaint was the breakfast there were a few hot choices, but only 2 cold cereal choices. Neither of which was kid-friendly. I mentioned this when we checked out and tgey said they will look into it the staff was super friendly!
