Overall a good stay for the price. No complaints

This is a nice hotel to spend a night at, which is what we did. The bed was too firm for me, even my husband mentioned he was a little sore in the morning but that would be my only complaint (although it’s certainly an important one to address). Would stay again but would bring a mattress pad with me.

Clean room but a big cockroch in the room after waking up on 4 floor alive

Rooms are nice and spacious, beds are comfortable, shower is hot, complimentary breakfast is good. Shopping and eating within walking distance. We normally stay here, will be returning.

Had difficulty finding comfortable pillow. Asked to put my cooler’s ice packs in their freezer and was told it was full. Shocking that a 4 story bld couldn’t accommodate my four ice packs. 1st place I had that happen.
