We booked this room specifically because of the LH rooftop. Unfortunately, we had a poor experience with their staff. We ate at the indoor restaurant of LH rooftop and had a fantastic meal but when we went upstairs to the outdoor rooftop for a drink we were told to take our drinks off an empty table because the tables were only for guests that were eating. The table was empty and we were paying customers. When we eventually went downstairs and indoors we sat at an empty table and were again somewhat rudely told it was for customers eating even though we had just eaten there! I had to complain in order for them to change their mind about this “policy” and let us sit at the empty table. There were MANY empty tables so they only cost themselves our future business. Our hotel room was fine but the door provided no sound protection and we heard everything in the halls. We also paid for an upgraded room which ended up being across from an ice machine that was very loud and interrupted our sleep. Overall, there are much nicer hotels in the area that are much more hospitable to their guests. I will not be returning.
