Thank you for a lovely weekend away! The staff was professional, friendly & helpful. Our room was spacious with an amazing lake view from the terrace. We had access to a beautiful restaurant, private beach & wellness area on site. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

Overall we are very pleased with the stay. Great location, beautiful views and nature around. The staff is very polite, the hotel is clean, but the cleaning of the rooms is rather superficial, the rooms are very nice and comfortable. Breakfast good, especially by Slovak standards. We have a few remarks: we think it's better to raise the price slightly than to charge extra for the entrance to the wellness. Wellness a bit too dark - I understand the mood issues, but too dark - it was difficult to find the steps to the jacuzzi. The a la carte food could have been better but the service was absolutely professional and courteous. Unfortunately, the elderly may encounter difficulties: quite a lot of stairs, which are sometimes unavoidable. But to sum up - great stay - thank you.
