The hotel was clean and friendly staff. However I booked this hotel because it is advertised with restaurant and bar. There is not either one on the premises. You have to drive your car across a very busy highway to the place across the street. Also the pool was filthy and smelled terrible in the pool room!!!! Don't think I will book here again!

Upon arrival my room, room 315 smelled like Nicotine. I called front desk and they had someone come spray the room; however every time I left the room and walked back in the smell was really strong. I do believe it could’ve been housekeeping because we checked in late and the smell was pretty strong. Overall it could’ve been better. The breakfast was pretty funny tasting and the pool was closed so there wasn’t much to look forward too. I wouldn’t go back. Sorry. The staff was amazing though. Brian was really nice.

I came for the pool for my grandkids and it was filthy only purpose we came and cause it was open late. It was very disgusting and stink very badly. My grandkids were so disappointed.

Daily housekeeping was not done. Skipping daily housekeeping allows hotel to positively affect the enviornment, however this should be communicated appropiately to the clients during check-in porcess. I noticed this porcess currenly doesnot work, hence not effective.

The hotel was nice. Quiet and clean although we did not receive housekeeping during the the three nights we were there. We had to request clean towels everyday. Plenty of parking. Breakfast offerings were ok. We basically had coffee and juice.

We had a noisy night the day before at another hotel and I mentioned this when checking in, they actually looked at all their rooms and recommended one a little further away but it was in a more empty part of the hotel and it was perfect. So quiet. We slept very well. The hotel is very clean. Great accommodation with a microwave and large seating area. We know we dont have much need to go back to this particular location but I will be giving HWS a closer look where I travel next.

The property was very nice and very clean. The front desk staff member was friendly and efficient. Our suite was spacious, well appointed, and handsomely decorated. There doesn’t seem to be sufficient sound proofing because we could hear the guest in the room above ours walking back and forth in their room even though the suites have wall-to-wall carpeting. You could also hear guests in the hallway who were conversing.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament at Diamond Nation. It was close to the fields and we loved the suite style accommodations for our family of four. HOWEVER, I was completely turned off by an employee following me down the hallway and confronting me in front of my children and husband stating that I was rude. What she was referring to was when I passed by the front desk I apologized to the associate at the front desk for not being able to hear him during the check-in process because the volume in the lobby of two employees talking to a guest was extremely loud. As I passed the front desk on our way in with our belongings, I apologized to the associate and said, "So sorry I could not hear you. It was very loud." This prompted the employee to follow us down the hallway and confront me at the elevators in front of my family. She continued to be very hostile as we boarded the elevator, shouting at me. I was taken aback that a hotel employee would do this and it left a sour taste in my mouth all weekend. Though we liked staying at the facility with the other baseball families, not sure we would pick this establishment again.

We stayed here with our softball team for a tournament. It was very organized and clean. Staff was genuinely nice. The only issue I had was that I booked 2 days through Expedia and the hotle forgot to approve the second day so pur keys kept reprogramming. They're system turns them off at 12 AM instead of PM. Although it alerted me of the mistake just in time, they know that's a continuous issue, it has not been changed. As far as the mild nervous breakdown of being told they don't have the 2nd day booked (I showed them in my app) I was told Id have an extended day charge on top of the regular day, even thought I had paid for the whole weekend. I quickly called Expedia, they calles the hotel and all was taken care of approved within minutes! The hotel forgot to approve the 2nd day. Service on both ends, Expedia and the hotel were very understanding and apologetic. Overall, I would recommend. Its a nice place to stay.

Easy and quick check in/out...and Check out at noon which was awesomeness. Friendly and helpful staff!!! Clean and spacious! Peloton bike in the gym! Great breakfast and lots to chose from!

We had a great stay at this hotel during our trip to Diamond Nation. A perfect spot for families traveling for Tournaments, very convenient location with easy on and off road access. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hot continental breakfast was a great bonus to fuel our athlete for a busy day. The staff was welcoming and helpful, making everything smooth. We felt safe on the property. We have already rebooked for our next visit later this year.

I stayed 3 nights while visiting family over Thanksgiving. The hotel was clean but my room left a bit to be desired. The office chair for the desk had no cushioning and was very uncomfortable. There was a large section of the carpeting that was threadbare and pulled away from the wall (room 134). TV was cable with basic fare - cable news, local channels, a few HBO channels, and basic cable channels such as TNT, History channel, ESPN, etc. The TV was LG, which in my opinion is the best brand out there (your mileage may vary). Breakfast was a mixed bag. Wed & Thu (Thanksgiving) mornings, the breakfast was the worst I've had in any hotel. Scrambled eggs were barely warm and dried out; the breakfast meat was awful; the potatoes were cooked in oil that was not hot enough, therefore the potatoes tasted like the oil. Then on Friday, breakfast was the complete opposite: eggs were hot and moist; the bacon was tasty; the potatoes were crisp and hot and actually tasted very good! So breakfast is a hit-or-miss thing, depending upon who is working that morning. Staff were all pleasant and check-in and check-out were quick and efficient.

My stay was great. The suite was clean and comfortable. I appreciated its proximity to shops and restaurants. I also appreciated that the breakfast. I rather enjoyed being able to eat a breakfast that I would have prepared if I was at home (oatmeal, chicken, fruit, yogurt). It really felt less like a hotel stay and more like a stay in an apartment.
