An excellent hotel. Kim and Eva(?) were so friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and quiet despite being close to the elevator AND with a full hotel. No noise at all. Close to a huge mall and shopping promenade. Close to the highway. I used the laundry which was clean, well-lit and affordable. Coins and laundry soap were provided. We will definitely stay again when we're in the area.

Best staff providing great service. Welcoming and accommodating! Breakfast was a delight! Mostly people enjoying sports conversations and happy children that overtook the pool BUT their fun was worth the watch! Great place! Great room. AC was quiet…. Bed was comfy. I did not like: it was disappointing to see the shower gel dispenser was completely empty while I was in the shower. The only thing I could use then was the hand soap to finish my shower. Slips do happen. One way to prevent this to have a back up shower gel in the bath room at all times

the room was clean, and comfortable inside. they put me on a floor though with massive renovations going on in a bunch of rooms. there was debris in the hallways, and the smell of paint lingered anytime I left the room almost overwhelming at times and it started to creep into the room. the breakfast was adequate. my stay was shortened by a day though and to not receive any credits or refund was a little ridiculous. I travel to the area a few times a year now, and will likely not book there again since they wouldn't give any help in that area.

All was good except waking up with approx. 25 little ants sharing my bed with me and approx 15 exploring my night stand. I did away with the ants. Approximately 10 minutes later, the second wave appeared. Also, the mattress was lumpy as if it was stuffed with straw. No remote in my room, none in stock. Apparently, something was going on and remotes remove from rooms for the event. Room 227

Probably the cleanest room i've ever stayed in and I'm a frequent traveler. Sample of what I look for: - AC Vents - Looked brand new - Dust on horizontal ledges - none - Silicone around toilets - pure white If cleanliness is a high priority for you, you need to stay here. Bed was also very comfortable.

The staff were very pleasant during check-in and were very friendly. The room was very clean, very spacious and definitely had a good feel of privacy. The downside was that the built-in Netflix App on the tv was extremely laggy, part of the curtains were not attached to the moving track properly and so during the moment that the sun came out during the early morning the room was lit up and I wasn't able to get any sleep. The only other complaint would be that the walls seemed quite thin, maybe having a room door that seemed better sealed near the bottom would have cut down on the noise bleeding into the room as heavily as it had. Overall it was a decent stay.

My TV and Internet were not working on my June 7. Stay and I was told the situation would be rectified with a reduction in bill when I did not get a reduction in bill that was suitable. They offered me Marriott Bonvoy points, which I never received on my account and was given a fraudulent general manager card so there’s no way I can even contact someone I would not trust going to a Marriott if my life depended on it. This was a business trip as I own my own small business.

Amazing stay Jose and Majed are real professionals , they made our stay unforgettable and were super nice and professional The decor of rooms and the upkeep of hotel is 10/10 The grounds are clean and green and just a paradise to be in Rooms have enough amenities for all your needs , they even have a mini kitchen The only hiccup was Alva in breakfast area , she yelled at us when we tried to get more food after 10 am , instead of courteously telling us that breakfast is over , moreover when I brought it up to her she was rude and unapologetic However Jose and Majed saved the day with their amazing customer service and great human treatment Overall super satisfied with this hotel and would love to come back 5 stars !

The first week Apr 4-9, my wife’s father entered hospice care. She stayed at the hotel to be close to the nursing. After inquiring about having to extend her and keep the same, the staff was helpful and caring. Upon returning to the hotel every evening, the staff person on duty would inquire how her father was doing. Everyone on the front desk made a difficult time more bearable. Plus the room was SO nice. We’d love to have a shower at home just like the one in the hotel!
