Our room was a great size (we upgraded from a lagoon cabin to a wave when offered). We had everything we needed to be able to cook for ourselves. Team was quick to fix an issue with our door. The facilities were so new and really enjoyable! Especially the pool area. The view of the lagoon for such a cheap room was also a lovely bonus! Bit of a problem with flies and mosquitos but that's expected given its location and plenty of fly screen and fly spray to combat the issue!

Its a lovely complex with comfortable accommodation. Negatives are the BBQ didn't work and there were no utensils to use even if it did. Shower had no body wash. TV is very old and positioned very high above the fridge. Wifi was very good. These are little things and was an enjoyable stay.

The accommodation was just amazing, bed was to die for and view wow. the facilities were fantastic as well, park was set out in an excellent way and all facilities spotless. the river was also great for both swimming and fishing. Wish we could have stayed there even longer. Will definitely be coming back for another stay.

Check in was late, email said after 2pm, then received a message saying after 3pm. When we got there after 3 it still wasn't ready for another 40 minutes. Lagoon cabins are ok but cleanliness was definitely not high on the agenda. Bathroom was not usable for a couple of hours due strong smell of chlorine used to wash down bathroom. Screen door was broken and spider webs in top corners of rooms. Park itself is good but Lagoon cabins are a miss.

We booked a Waterfront wave villa, the image on the site shows it is just above the water but when we reach there it is not, so the picture itself is misleading. At morning when I was about to make coffee, there were maggots around and inside the maker.

Property was dusty. Spider webs on every single wall. Looked like bousekeeping had tried to sweep the floors and pushed all the dirt to the corner of the dinning room floor. Every window handle was sticky. A rotten egg type of smell came through the air con so we had to keep it off. Patio chairs were too dirty to use. Only one mirror in the property so it was very difficult to get dressed as a family of 4.

The property was well located and safe for kids. The cabin was ok but kitchen not very well equipped and empty soap etc in bathroom, dusty cupboards and mess under the couches. Otherwise a lovely area. If we were not paying so much, one would not expect more, but the cabin we had was expensive for the standard it offers.

Have been here for work off and on for 3-4 weeks and have really enjoyed my stay. Rooms are very comfortable and facilities are great. Staff have been fantastic. Huge thank you too Kristy who has been so helpful and has done so much to make the stay enjoyable and done amazing to keep us in the same rooms when possible under day by day changes with our work schedule. Couldn’t be happier with my stay from the room, to the facilities and most importantly the awesome staff.

Our first night we were swarmed with a few mossies and thousands of mini flying things. The staff happily said it was unusual this time of year. They kindly upgraded myself, my daughter and granddaughter and we had no insect issues at all. All the staff are awesome! From reception, house cleaning and kiosk's staff. All lovely . A great place for families. Note: The local post office sells produce !!! Not the general store.

Everything was excellent great staff location heaps to keep the kids going though the cafe was closed (sunday afternoon) but had everything in our lagoon lodge. Highly recommend need to stay more then 1 night next time.

The house is not up to thr standard in terms of cleannies, no fan in one of the rooms and it's not comfy given the heat and that the AC is in the living room. Services should offered on a daily basis. Beautiful atmosphere with nice natural environment birds and animals. Not enough shops mearby. Had to drive 28 mins for proper shopping. Overpriced too!
