It was perfectly located in a business district & close to the Hollywood Casino. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. The inner courtyard with lounging couches and fire pit was a perfect touch. Lots of great amenities like the “Happy Hour” and gym on site. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and I’d stay here again.

Room was very spacious and clean, free breakfast was nice. Only "bad" part was the pool being under renovations so it was closed our whole stay. They did have vouchers to go to a pool at another hotel so all in all, great stay

The staff were nice and friendly. The property was clean. They were nice to give us a free upgrade on our room. We did not ask for one, but it was a pleasant surprise for our family of 5. Unfortunately, the pool was under construction when we were there due to a recent storm. But will definitely book with Staybridge again.

This is a lovely, spotless property and a good value for the price. The in-room kitchen was very nice, the laundry and exercise room worked great, there was an enticing pool and basketball court available...although I didn't have a chance to use them. The staff was very kind and offered recommendations about nearby restaurants and attractions, as well as stuff in other parts of the city. Breakfast had tons of hot options and was delicious! It also has "social hour" food options on certain days. It's close to downtown STL but far enough that you're not dealing with all the traffic and risks of the inner city. Stay here!

The check in was fast and friendly. We didn't have any issues. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and basketball. The breakfast was just OK. It was nice that they had evening drinks and snacks while we were there. If we are in St. Louis area again we will stay here.

Had the appearance of cleanliness, but was actually pretty dirty. Stuff on the walls, dirt in every corner. The pull out couch was a single bed. We thought it was going to be at least a double. Overall really disappointing. We made it work for one night, but we would have left if it would have been a longer stay.

My stay wasn’t pleasant at all. The start of arriving the front desk lady was awesome after that it went downhill. I had only been in my room 2 MINUTES and I hear a knock saying I was causing disturbance. When we hadn’t even taking our coats off. She just assumed it was us because of children. I then called down because of stink bugs being on our ceiling no one ever came to get them down. I noticed we didn’t have sheets for our pull out couch, the attendant rudely stated well you can come get them because I’m not walking up. The next morning at breakfast the attendants were then rude there. I’m not sure if it was because of a busy weekend but the entire time was just uncomfortable.

Couple of issues that may seem minor but affect the overall stay because they impact the quality of sleep and the process of getting ready for work in the morning . # 1 . The AC switched off automatically around 4 AM every night , causing me to wake up and leaving me tired for the day. # 2 . The water pressure of the shower was very poor and water temperature control quite iffy, causing frustration during getting ready in the morning for work, after poor sleep at night !

These suites were very roomy, think 1/1 apartments. There were some limitations on the door designs in the bathroom. The free breakfast exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean. There wasn’t much to do in the area except for the west port plaza.

The hotel is very nice. The bathroom is a weird setup and the door opens inward to a very cramped space. Family will probably stay elsewhere from now on. If I’m traveling alone I love the hotel and will stay. Beds are comfortable and sheets are soft.

They charged me a deposit like most places do, but then charged me for one night stay before even checking out. They didn’t mention anything about it and then when it came time for check out after the second day they tried to charge me the full amount and not just for the second night. I showed them where it had cleared my bank and everything and they said it wasn’t their problem and refused to work with me. I definitely won’t be going back there.

Poor service. Cleaners did not come to room. Telephone did not work. I told them the issues with cleaning and telephone daily with no response. Never stay there again. Was booked on for 13 days. Terrible.

I was greeted by a pleasant female who assisted me with the check-in process. She assigned me to room 228 and issued me 3 keycards for myself, my brother and sister. We made our way up to our room which was perfect by the way! At approximately, 1:17am on Saturday, May 6th our room telephone began ringing. You read that correctly, 1:17 in the morning. I picked up the phone and the individual on the line stated, “What is your name?” (rather angrily). I responded with my full name. The individual says, “Do you have a Julie in your group?” I responded, “No”. By this time I realized that it was the gentleman “Pete” who was working the front desk. He says, “Your in the wrong room, you’re supposed to be in room 4**”. I responded that I had checked in the day prior and was assigned to room 228 by the front desk associate. His response was, “well, you’re in the wrong room” and hung up the phone. What an incredible inconvenience this was. How is it plausible to contact a guest at 1:17am?! We were traveling with a small child who was now awake because of the phone ringing in the middle of the night. Needless to say, we were all awake, and nobody got any sleep because of “Pete”. I am floored by the level of customer service I received.

Great location in St Louis county. Freeway close only 15 miles from the downtown area and about a 10 minute commute to the airport. Also right next to a great Microbrewery.

Really nice place overall! Only complaint would be that something really needs done about the soda fountain machine. My son got a drink with black bits floating around, and there was a big slimy mold thing coming out of the drain area. Other than that, we for sure ppan on coming back to use this hotel!

The hotel is showing its age a bit. But it was clean and the staff was nice. The breakfast was not staffed well and they ran out of silverware and bowls. About 20 minutes later they refilled the food and silverware.
