This is our 2nd year staying at this property for July 4th. Unlike most, we are not gamblers. The weekday lunch buffet is delicious. The dinner all you can eat crabs are delectable. The cafe and the Bayou restaurant each offer great food choices. The room is bright and clean. The shower is huge! Looking out over the ocean and watching the sun rise and set is so peaceful. The pool area is wonderful. The pool bartender is very welcoming and makes sure that you stumble back up to your room, tipsy! Bay St. Louis has a variety of restaurants and bars for hanging out. The locals really, really LOVE July 4th, it was an entire street party. The icing on the cake was sitting on the beach, watching firework shows from Gulfport, Jourdan River, and Bay St. Louis.

Clean property - nice large rooms with good amenities (free water and coffee and feather pillow). Problems checking in with OneKey and had to return to check in for a real key. Otherwise check in was quick and easy. You do have to cross casino to access hotel elevator. Self parking is a little distance from entrance and portion of sidewalk was flooded from rains so had to walk on soaked grass a bit

Has a great view of the water. Casino just a small walk away from your room. Good food in the resturants here in the casino. If you are traveling alone you have to park in the parking garage on the other side of the casino from the hotel entrance, then proceed thru casino with luggage dodging people and slot machines in tight walkways.

The Hotel was actually very comfortable and the casino experience was very good, my 3 stars is due to the layout oft the hotel to casino. From parking to hotel you have to go through the casino. Which was somewhat cumbersome, if there was another way (other than using hotel Valet Service) it was not shown to us.

It’s an awesome place. I want to go back over and over. It’s a shirt drive, very clean, they supply beach towels at the pool. Great bar at the pool no children. That has to be the best of all. It’s so nice to sit at the pool with out all the screaming and cutting up

Hotel and property seemed quite new and in good condition and the price was reasonable. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room - pretty much a standard these days to have. The parking garage is on one side of the property and the hotel is completely on the opposite so that means lugging all your luggage thru the casino. I understand this is a gambling place, but since we were staying the first 4 nights of a 11 day vacation this proved to be a major burden with all our accoutrements. I don't believe a luggage cart could make it thru the maze of gambling machines, had they been offered. The staff doesn't automatically provide clean sheets or towels without asking. I don't have a problem with 4 nights on the same sheets but we had to chase done a staff member for clean towels - which were enthusiastically provided if you ask during the proper time frame.

The stay at silver slipper was wonderful. Clean clean clean The new pool area and hot tube overlooking the ocean beautiful. Ate the lunch buffett as 12.95 great food. At night ate at perts beside the buffett cheap and alot of food. The thought of smoke almost made me stay home but i really did not smell smoke in the casino. They have added over 45 wall air freshmers and vents to keep the air clean. I loved it so much i booked every monday in july. The beds are so comfortable. If you go monday to thursday not many people. And what i really loved was you have got to be 21 to even gey in the piol or be on the prinish

I was made to sign a form stating if we checked out an hour late we would be charged $75.00. However we had to wait till 5pm to check in as our room wasnt ready. That being said our room was nice & clean No daily maid service. If you wanted towels or supplies you had to request it.

The bedroom’s carpet has a tear-hole in it. You can see it before you get to the bed. I stayed in room 409. Also, I had to clean out coffee pot before using it. It was very unsanitary, dirty inside.

I enjoyed my stay at Silver Slippers Casino. I liked the tranquility of the beach. The room was nice and clean. But they should pay closer attention to aging linen (rust spots on sheets). The water is hot and a/c was cold!!! Great job.

Paid for room on line . It took 3 hours for me before I got to my room! Restaurant food was horrible and way under staffed. Bed sheets were dirty and had hair on them. AC was controlled by front desk! I’ll never go back!!!!

The hotel rooms were spacious and offered really nice views of the bay. The location is nice, it gives you a feeling of being secluded. We ate in the cafe a few times and the food was great but the service was even better. The employees make you feel so welcome. We ate at the Jubilee buffett and it was so good that I would like to go back again just for that feature. The slots were a mix of old and new games and during our weekend stay, it was most busy in the evenings. It is a smoking casino without a non smoking area, so if that is an issue for you, it's worth considering. Overall, it was a nice getaway for my husband and I. The prices for the rooms and food were very reasonable and a great value. The parking was free.

Bare minimum room. paper thin walls. Next door to us talked in normal voices but I could hear every word until 2:30am. At that point I banged on the wall which caused them to be quiet. I will not ever return. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Check in was a little awkward. The woman that checked Jusin wanted me to use the wrap I’m not an app type person. She seems be a little put off that she had to do to check in process with me. I thought this was odd since this was a major casino, on the other hand, the casino was great. Food and beverage was awesome. Went to the steakhouse. Had a nice dinner at the bar with my fiancé had a really great time bartender/server was excellent with Holly recommend that port of.

The staff was awesome the enter stay until the staff in the cafe stop in the middle of taking my order and took someone else and his 2 friends. When I question it she said she didn't know how to make red eye coffee and didn't want the other people to wait while she go figure it out. But I'm guessing it was ok for me to wait!!!

The room was nice had a great view of the bay. The food was good and was reasonably priced. The staff were very polite. When I checked in to my prepaid room I noticed there was a printed notice that the stated there would be no water in the hotel from midnight to 6:30 AM. There was no notice posted on the website about there being no water. Very inconvenient if you had to use the bathroom during the night. My reservation included a food and drink credit but when I checked the front desk did not give me the credit. I had to return to front desk and request the credit.

Check-in was weird. There was no signage in the parking garage indicating how to access the hotel. Check in was at the casino players club and the attendant didn’t give us any hotel information (such as directions to the hotel area, pool hours, etc) The rooms are nice and clean. Had a good view of the bay. But the service was lacking. When we found out way to the pool, we we only had enough time to order drinks. I literally stepped into the pool as an attendant came around to tell us they were closing the pool early. I didn’t even have time to drink the beverage I had just ordered. Overall, nice room but the service was lacking and unfriendly. The casino is a bit far from town so bring what you need with you because you have another 20 minutes to restaurants and shopping.

Silver Slipper is a great out of the way hotel. It's right on the beach and the swimming pool is a nice addition since we were there years ago. The hotel is clean and staff responds well to requests.

Nice new hotel attached to an existing casino. Check-in and luggage handling is a bit awkward and hard to figure out. The hotel is not fancy, furnishings are just ok, but it's new and had a great beachside view. Great cooked to order food at the Palm Court Cafe, while the VERY costly buffet is horrible. The location right on the edge of the Gulf is great.

The hotel is nice but dated. The facility is too far away from coast cities. The address is Bay St. Louis (which is why I booked it) however it is much closer to Waveland. I do not plan to return to this location.

Beautiful view from our very nice and clean room. Nice showers! It’s absolutely one of the nicest places I’ve stayed. Everyone is so nice and helpful, check in was a breeze, the valets are great. The Jubilee Buffet is good. We enjoyed it two nights - but beware on a Saturday night you’re going to have an hour-plus wait (which is to be expected). The Palm Cafe is great! We enjoyed both times we ate there and every person who works there is so nice.

The property and the staff were excellent ! The food in the buffet was delicious. Free soft drinks and coffee available in the casino. Easy parking and great views of the Bay from the big bedroom window. I'll be back especially with the great deal provided to me by Expedia!

We loved that we didn’t have to eat the $50 buffet for every meal because there was an outstanding restaurant (palms cafe) with great down to earth and prices. We gambled when we wanted and as much as we wanted but we stayed in the room which was quiet and gave us the break we needed.

The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed at a reasonable price. The buffet has such a great selection and was very much worth it. The one major drawback is the overwhelming cigarette smoke. Even with a nonsmoking room, if you want to enjoy the food options or casino, your clothes (and hair) will inevitably smell like smoke.
