Everything was great! We loved the rooftop bar where we enjoyed a Cava before going out for dinner. Great location with nearby metro, market, and cafes. Staff was very friendly. The size of the room was perfect, bed was so comfortable, and the view from the terrace was perfect!

Nice boutique hotel! Lots of nice touches like a complimentary glass of champagne in the evening and plenty of free drinks and snacks in the room. The roof deck is very cute and we spent an hour up there having drinks. Didn’t try breakfast. Bed was super comfy and the king sized big was enormous. The location is quieter as it’s farther from Passeiq de Gracia. That maybe a plus or a minus depending on your taste but we very much enjoyed our stay here!

2 negative points, not much sleep first night as room air con didn’t work and room was far too hot, couldn’t open balcony door as on street and to much road noise, we were given a fan for 2nd night which did help, but not great for air con to not be fixed within 2 days! also pool not used as it looked dirty and needed a clean, that said, good location and staff are a real asset to hotel and made stay ok, and very comfy bed

The staff was so helpful with requests big and small. The front desk helped me book a flamenco show and we had the perfect evening. Lots of advice. Warm people. We loved using the rooftop pool every single day to cool off during the hottest parts of the day. Water, soda, coffee, and snacks were refreshed everyday.

The staff were welcoming and accommodating and the room was clean. Also the service and the atmosphere on the rooftop were great! However, the walls were so incredibly thin it felt less like a private room and almost as though each room had a divider between in instead of a permanent wall (I could hear people in the next room cough, zip their suitcases, even when their phones buzzed). Additionally, the hallways were dirty as well. Overall a decent stay but not one I would reconsider booking again.

Very nice and well-located hotel, 10 min walk from 2 hop on hop off bus tours, very close to multiple attractions. The only issue I had was cleanliness— there were dried up contact lenses on the floor. I requested a cleaning of the floor, which they did, but the contact lenses were still there so it makes me suspect that it’s not very well cleaned.

Unfortunately, we didn't love our stay at the property (and we wish we did). We were very excited due to the location of the hotel, and that definitely didn't disappoint but a number of other things did. First the good: Plenty of good options nearby and great walking time to main attractions. Great access to the metro. Staff were lovely, responsive, and helpful — everyone from front desk, housekeeping, and in the breakfast area. My partner and I both found the bed comfortable (it's firm, but not rock solid). The AC unit worked great. The not good: We experienced several unwelcome surprises. 1) we had to move rooms after our first night - and we received this news after encountering severe delays in our flights due to winter storms, so we had to pack up before we left for our first day of activities. (They handled our belongings respectfully however), 2) we saw two cockroaches in our second room, which gave us the heebie-jeebies and concerned us, 3) the room has extremely poor soundproofing (you can hear neighbours' plumbing, light switches being flipped, and foot steps) which kept us awake all of our last night before our long trip home to Toronto. Good to know: - The TV is not a Smart TV. - The rooftop was closed the entirety of our stay. We would be happy to interact with any staff in the future, but would not consider a second stay due to issues mentioned.

I have stayed at this property 3-4 times. The location is great -the staff is kind and polite, the roof pool is nice. However the last 3 times- rooms are looking old - and more like hostels with big space. Carpets have stains. I just don't like the look of the rooms anymore.

No doubt the courtesy towards customers is prime importance to the hotel industry, Hotel Well and Come well deserve the high credit. Before our arrival, they have sent me message to ask the preference for double or twin beds. On the shortcomings, the room does not provide USB plugs and a mirror outside the bathroom. The swimming pool is really small and only a few people could enjoy with it.

The mattress needs to be replaced. Sages. Television has no English stations. The pocket door to the bathroom has no door pull so if u open it too far u can’t pull it closed without breaking all your fingernails. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. It’s small but doable but when u shower it’s like a swamp. There is a window but what you look at is scary and unkept. The lobby is lively and nicely decorated. We didn’t eat breakfast there so I have no comment about that or the room it was served in. Plus - it was only 1/2 mile walk to the Sagrada and lovely shops and restaurants. Metro down the street. IMO it was a bit overpriced. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating.

Nice, comfortable, and small rooms. The staff were very nice and friendly. Great location with many dining options and a metro stop half a block away. We did opt for the breakfast which was nice. We did notice some issues when we arrived in the room with missing vanity mirror (wall handle present) and not enough attention to detail on overall cleanliness. Our TV remote not working and we asked the staff to investigate. We had to remind them twice and the issue wasn’t resolved by the time we left. The hallway lighting on our floor had a very cold feeling and the rug some noticeable stains. The temperature in the hallway was also very warm which I told the staff about. It did get adjusted however was back o being very warm again on the next day. The rooms do not have very good sound proofing. The room doors are very close to each and we could hear when neighbors open and close room doors. One night we were also awakened by a guest from across our room yelling. We noticed the front desk. Overall the hotel seemed a bit worn and could use some updates and improvements.

The hotel’s location was quite convenient, and we appreciated being close to everything. We arrived a little early and were informed that early check-in wasn’t available, which was understandable. However, while other guests were offered a welcome champagne upon arrival, we were simply directed to wait on the rooftop by the pool. We returned right at 3 PM, but unfortunately had to wait an additional 30–60 minutes because the room was still not ready. When we finally checked in, the room was on the smaller side but charming. Unfortunately, it was uncomfortably warm, and the air conditioning did not work. The front desk kindly provided us with a fan but explained that no other rooms were available. While we tried to make the best of the situation, it was disappointing. Upon checkout, when I mentioned the issue, the receptionist insisted the temperature was “fine.” I found this response dismissive, especially since the staff member who brought the fan had already acknowledged that the air conditioner wasn’t working. Overall, the location and aesthetic of the hotel were nice, but the lack of functioning air conditioning, the handling of the situation, and the inconsistent service at check-in impacted the experience. I would rate our stay a 3 out of 5.

The staff always went above and beyond to help us, answer questions, rectify any issues. The lobby was a lovely place to wait for each other or for taxis, with a selection of waters at the ready. Breakfast buffet offered a wide selection, even accommodating different milk choices, and daily cava for mimosas! Excellent all around.

While the hotel facilities are great, the hotel front desk staff was even better. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. They helped us with restaurant, transportation and touring suggestions that turned out to me right on the mark. More importantly, when my son became ill, they helped arrange for an house-call doctor in the middle of the night, helped us locate a 24-hour pharmacy and checked in several times to make sure he was getting better. The staff is the hotel's greatest asset!

Location is perfect, hotel room is little bit of smaller but its cozy. Hairdryer was broken, room service immediately changed. We couldn’t buy tickets for museums, tours, and many other stuff because our credit card needed bank authorization later we told alex and he help us out a lot. We are so grateful for his help. Great hotel! it was clean and the staff was very kind and were always available at be front desk. The check in process was very easy. it’s located in a safe neighborhood and it is walking distance (15-20 mins) to many places including the passage de gràcia stores, casa batillo and la sagrada familia.

This was my first time in Barcelona and honestly this hotel was amazing. From location , service, cleanliness and much more. The location was great, walkable distant to most attractions and very safe: it was nice to stay away from the crowded tourist area this place is amazing and worth it.

Good location close to many tapas bars, super markets, and restaurants. Shopping centres and high end shopping close by also. Rooms were nicely appointed and small balcony a bonus. Rooftop bar/pool made good use of available space. Front desk staff were there for any help required. Breakfast did not live up to the other outstanding qualities of the hotel.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt. U-Bahn fast vor der Tür. Nur das Frühstück hätte abwechslungsreicher sein können. War klein, aber frisch und es wurde immer gleich nachgefüllt. Aber es gab täglich exakt das Gleiche, auch nicht sehr kreativ, was die Eiergerichte anging.
