Free underground parking and excellent location . Ismael in the kitchen was very helpful. It’s an old building and I went in the winter. I think it will be a wonderful place to stay in the summer but much more expensive . Totally in the centre so it can be noisy.

Burada kalmak isteyenler için gözlemlerimi aktarmak istiyorum. - öncelikle fotoğraflar ile gerçek otel arasında büyük bir fark var. Fotoğraflar yanıltıcı. - Dinlenmek mümkün değil. Yan odalardan çok fazla ses alıyor ve yan odalarda içilen sigaraların kokusu uyku uyumanıza engel oluyor. - Otopark çok küçük yer bulamayabilirsiniz. - Gece görevli bulmak zor otel içerisinde aramanız gerekiyor. - Kahvaltı güzel. - Konum olarak güzel yürüme mesafesinde. - Fiyat/Performans için uygun bir otel mi bence hayır.

Otelin konumu tarihi yerlere çok yakın. Eski bir konak olduğu için çok otantik. Sadece odanın temizliği biraz daha iyi olabilirdi. Belki bizim kaldığımız odaya özel bir durumdu. Ama otel çalışanları çok güler yüzlü ve ilgililer. Ayrıca otelin kapalı otoparkı olmasıda büyük bir avantaj.

Otelin konumu tarihi yerlere çok yakın. Eski bir konak olduğu için çok otantik. Sadece odanın temizliği biraz daha iyi olabilirdi. Belki bizim kaldığımız odaya özel bir durumdu. Ama otel çalışanları çok güler yüzlü ve ilgililer. Ayrıca otelin kapalı otoparkı olmasıda büyük bir avantaj.

The hotel is pretty beautiful and location is convenient. They even has a parking structure which is rare in Turkish busy cities. The young men working at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. It was very pleasant to talk with them. A young lady assisted us to purchase boat tickets to Istanbul while we encoutered some problems. The only downside is they would charge 50 lira for a cup of coffee while the breakfast was free. The coffee tasted not good at all.

This hotel is a gem. It’s truly felt like a boutique and not at all copy/paste franchise hotel. It was clean and hotel staff friendly and helpful. There’s easy parking, lots of restaurants within couple of minutes walking distance, and lots of shopping. I would definitely stay here again.

Was mir nicht gefiel waren Kakerlaken, die plötzlich im Badezimmer auftauchten. Obwohl ich auf diese hinwies, und mir versprochen wurde etwas gegen sie zu machen, wurde anscheinend nichts gegen diese unternommen, da ich abends wieder welche im Badezimmer fand, als ich ins Hotel kam

We stayed two nights at the hotel and the staff was very kind and helped us to the best of their ability (even if their English was limited) when we needed additional water or when we needed tips to reach the bus terminal. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable.The breakfast was tasty! We would definitly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a cosy hotel in a nice (local) neighbourhood in Bursa!

Der Boden war sehr dreckig, der allgemeine Zustand vom Hotel war sehr heruntergekommen, das Personal war bis auf die blonde Dame an der Rezeption leider nicht so gut. Wir kamen uns nicht willkommen vor. Würde dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

L'hotel conserva perfettamente la struttura originaria, un'antico palazzo ottomano. Si trova in una posizione centrale e i vari punti d'interesse sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. La stanza è spaziosa e pulita, con tutto l'occorrente per il soggiorno. Il personale della reception è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi mia richiesta.

L'hotel conserva perfettamente la struttura originaria, un'antico palazzo ottomano. Si trova in una posizione centrale e i vari punti d'interesse sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. I informed the reception about this, and they said they would help me, but they didn’t do anything for three days and showed no concern. The cleanliness is not good. The room is very small. The door lock is broken. The floor makes a loud noise when walked on. The sink is clogged.The water heater is not clean at all.

We enjoyed the fact that the hotel is an old Ottoman mansion that maintained many features like high ceilings and wooden floors. We stayed in the family room with an adjoining room with two twin beds, which was roomy and comfortable. The taxi driver from the new bus station knew exactly where it was located and the fare was reasonable. We were able to walk to the attractions and nearby restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay in Bursa and the Ipekalu Hotel.

Sadece personelden memnun kaldık. Odayı değiştirdi fakat, diğer odada gürültü bazı materyaller eksikti. Başkasına tavsiye edermişiz? Hayır….

Yalnızca çarşıya yürüme mesafesi vardı, genel olarak oda aşırı soğuktu, her ne adar kalorifer ısıtma olsa da oda bir türlü ısınmadı. Odada unutulan eşyalar kafalarına göre karar verilip atılıyor, 24 saat tutulması lazım. Oda zemini her adımda gıcırdıyor aşırı güvensiz hissettirdi. Yan odalardaki bütün sesler duyuluyor.

Bu otelde ikinci kalışım. Yeri gerçekten mükemmel. Yine Bursa'ya gidersem tercih sebebi olur ancak odamda telefon çalışmıyor. Klime çok eski olduğu için çalışmakta zorluk çekiyor ve banyo ürünleri eksikti. Bunlar tamamlanır ise şahane bir otel olacaktır. Teşekkürler

We stayed two nights at the hotel and the staff was very kind and helped us to the best of their ability (even if their English was limited) when we needed additional water or when we needed tips to reach the bus terminal. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable.The breakfast was tasty! We would definitly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a cosy hotel in a nice (local) neighbourhood in Bursa!

The hotel is pretty beautiful and location is convenient. They even has a parking structure which is rare in Turkish busy cities. The young men working at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. It was very pleasant to talk with them. A young lady assisted us to purchase boat tickets to Istanbul while we encoutered some problems. The only downside is they would charge 50 lira for a cup of coffee while the breakfast was free. The coffee tasted not good at all.

Ich hatte ein Deluxezimmer gebucht, bekam aber ein Standarddoppelzimmer?? Ich ging 2 mal zur Rezeption, doch die beiden Damen gaben ihre Zimmerzuteilung nicht auf?? Ich gabs auf, und musste in einer ca 8 m2 kleineren Zimmer aushalten? Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt ok!

We enjoyed the fact that the hotel is an old Ottoman mansion that maintained many features like high ceilings and wooden floors. We stayed in the family room with an adjoining room with two twin beds, which was roomy and comfortable. The taxi driver from the new bus station knew exactly where it was located and the fare was reasonable. We were able to walk to the attractions and nearby restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay in Bursa and the Ipekalu Hotel.

It was the second time in this hotel and they give us a family room, much bigger. As there is a mosque nearby you can hear it in the morning (around 6 am) but not their fault. They don't speak a lot of English (very little) but thanks technology you can manage. Nice stay. Good to visit the city and Bazar, shops, restaurants quite close to this hotel.

Girdiğiniz andan itibaren çok güzel ve temiz bir otel. Kendine ait otoparkı var o yüzden araçla gelmek hiç sorun olmuyor. Odalar gayet temiz ve konforluydu. Kahvaltısı tam kararındaydı. Otelin konumu da çok iyi Ulu Cami’ye yürüyerek 5-10 dk mesafede. Personel güleryüzlü ve iletişime açıktı.

Otelin tarihi dokusu, konumu, her türlü tarihi çarşıya esere ulaşımı kolay. Yürüme mesafesinde.. Şehir içi olduğu için hali ile gece biraz gürültülü. O da otelin kusuru değil, milletimiz insanlarımız saygısız ve eğitimsiz. Oda iyiydi. Yatak konforlu. Sabah kahvaltısı tatminkar.

Kötü bir yorum yazmak istemem ama hurda ile antika arasında karaktere sahip bir mekan. Sanki otel eşyalarına, özellikle banyo donanımına biraz daha özen gösterilmeli. We arrive late and we didn't see anything. The receptionist recommend us a good restaurant. The room is big and bathroom ok. Some things need replacement (wc flush for example) but it's ok. The breakfast was ok (Turkish one). They didn't have coffee, if you want you have to pay an extra 50LT (and no milk). They let us check-out late (after eating). We leave the luggage in the room and go for visiting. Staff friendly and helpfull even if they don't speak very well English.

The staff were welcoming and building had a nice old-bohemian vibe. Breakfast was decent. It was by a busy street (none of the rooms seemed to face the interior courtyard, as far as I could tell) but it did quiet down at night. There was a full inch gap between the door and floor, so you will hear everything in the halls though. I could only get the bedside light to work, not the ceiling light. And the handheld shower kept falling off the hook while using it, though the water pressure and heat were great! The bathroom, floors, and bedding were all spotless, which I appreciated. I did find a small teardrop shaped bug that fell off my book when I pulled it out of my bag on the bursa ray, immediately after leaving hotel. I can’t be certain it came from there, but still strange enough to note.

The door was not woeking properly.It took menfew minutes to open ans close it.The toilet was stinking.There was a noise coming from the top in the toilet .It was a nightmare.The only reason I picked this room was the price.Never ever again !
